Wilson Parking - 425 Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, VIC Car Park

The price is not bad for its location. Easy to park. No problem occurred during my parking. Remember to pay first!

There's probably 2 bays usable for average cars, everything else is designed for OG Mini and Kei cars. When it's not a peak time period is probably the best time to access it.

Very small car park and small in a lot of other things: entrance is small (only fit one car, ie only fit one direction at a time), small car spot spaces (not sure if 2 cars park side by side, they can open the door), and small capacity (only 2 floors and prob have about 10ish per floor).
You need to buy a ticket and display on dashboard or download the app for parking payment.

One entry and exit. How did this carpark pass any type of approval process? Do not park here. I repeat, DO NOT park here. Believe all the reviews. This place should be removed from the Wilson Parking app. It is an absolute disgrace and is dangerous.

Emblematic of parking industry greed, this lot is not fit for purpose. An important note is though they state the height as 2.1m online, when you arrive it is signed as 2.0m - it is, however, slightly below that, as I have measured my vehicle at just under 2 metres and it still made contact with the entry sign.

The tiniest car park and the worst of all. No place to turn and ended up scratching my SUV costing me $$$ in repair. Do not enter this car park. Wilson should not even be allowed to rent it out. I booked online and there was no carpark available. Extremely tight space and even worse when it’s full and you have to make many turns to even get out. I would give this 0 stars if there was an option.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst car park in the cbd. Incredibly tight spaces, poles everywhere blocking you from being able to turn easily. The amount of scrape marks on the poles are a dead giveaway that many cars have struggled with this car park. I felt lucky leaving this car park with my car undamaged.

This is a small car parking. The spaces are small and turns are incredibly tight. Like other have said, one way in and one way out with only 1 car worth of space on the ramp. It is next to impossible to do a U-turn and come out in case the park is full. The markings are poor and it is a blatant money grab, good thing they donot have entry and exit boom gate.

If you have any sized car bigger than a go-kart, you'll get stuck. Almost impossible with an SUV. Perhaps the smallest carpark I've ever had the displeasure of using in Melbourne.

The worst car park in Melbourne. Tiny spaces. Only one way in and out so you may have to reverse uphill and around a corner to let another vehicle exit while you're entering. They should just convert into a bar or something. The Secure Parking car park 100m down the hill is a much better option.

Worst carpark - tiny. We booked online and to access it had to drive the wrong way up a one way street due to road works. When we got there parking was only available for tiny cars. A 58 point turn needed to get back out. Called to get a refund - overall the WORST experience.

Tight space. Same entry and exit. Definitely not suitable for Sedan and SUV.

STAY AWAY!!! Smallest car park in the cbd with impossibly tight turns. You will get stuck in here.
