Website is awful. It wouldn’t process payment. I had to download the app and ended up putting in my details FIVE times overall just to book a park once.
No facility for booking a disability permit space. Absolutely horrid experience.
Update: the carpark is *not* wheelchair accessible. Absolute disgrace!

. If I could give ZERO stars!!! WARNING to anyone planning to park in any Wilson carpark in the city. This carpark is very deceptive in its signage. We entered it tonight (a Saturday) at around 6pm (according to its sign, it closes at 10pm), yet it actually closes at 6.30pm on Saturdays. What sort of a business would allow cars into its carpark & charge $22, less than 30 minutes before it closes??? After the theatre , at around 9pm, we found the entrance closed & the “press for assistance” button non responsive. ??!! No sign of any phone number to call for assistance??!! So I called the Wilson 1800 number listed on Google, preparing for the worst. Wow, after being on hold for 30 seconds, a person called Jane answered & asked which carpark we were closed off from. She took some time trying to work out what carpark she could remotely access to open, warning me not all had remote access. Thankfully this carpark is one of them. She was able to open the gate remotely & we were able to get our car & exit. We’ve never had this experience before in the city of Melbourne. Wilson carparks should be brought to Consumer Affairs VIC & the ACCC for misleading & deceptive advertising!!!

I pre-paid parking with this company, in conjunction with a show we were seeing in Melbourne. It was $15 flat rate for unlimited hours.
After the show (approximately 3 hours after we arrived in the car park), I was required to insert my card to exit, as per email I'd received after paying the $15 prior to the show. I was charged $90 at the boomgate in order for us to leave!
I was unable to contact Wilson's until Monday morning. I was instructed to send them an email, describing what had occurred. After doing so, I was informed that I would receive a reimbursement of $105.
Their excuse for overcharging me was that there was something wrong with the payment/ticket machine.
After not receiving any more correspondence from Wilson's or a refund, I tried several more emails & phone calls, which all went unanswered.
I am still yet to hear from them months & months later.
I wouldn't recommend them or use their carparks ever again! Shameful! We are a struggling family from country Victoria. You ruined our night & made it even more difficult for us financially.

Absolutely not recommendable.
Pre-booked the night parking and paid through app, followed all the instructions but double charged at exit. Claimed for a refund at their website for twice and 1 month later, no one called back nor process the refund request, called their customer service and waited for 30 minutes, no one answered the phone. Completely robbery company!

Claimed they have dropped prices to $10 a day but just paid $9 for 1 hr in Cremorne? Apparently only CBD carparks are impacted by this policy despite COVID & workplaces everywhere being impacted.

Meanwhile kids all around Australia dream of one day growing up and earning the hourly rate of a car space post covid...

Highway robbery. The false advertising of the sign 'parking from $8 should be criminal. I paid $70 for just a couple of hours. Avoid this at all costs, take public transport.

I cannot believe the highway robbery of this company I went for a job interview I parked for 1 hour and got charged $48 what a disgrace
