Easy payment, access & safe! Also plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Great safe to park, just have to remember to use a credit card to pay at the boom gate. oh yer and always use the ramp to get in and out of this place from Russell st otherwise the building is closed most of the time.

We read other people’s reviews and found the entrance was on Russell street. We followed signage and directions found a spot caught lift up into a building had to ask someone how to exit on to Collins street and discovered we couldn’t reenter that building to return to our car . We had to enter back where we drove in on Russell st and walk down ramp to find our car, and back to the lifts to pay $20 for our parking and back down to the car. It’s nice and close to the theatre . Location is convenient. I tried to pre book online but site was down.

Closes at 10, however no clear instructions for getting out via Elizabeth St.

Online booking for weekend was super easy and cheap.
Directions on getting out of the car park as a pedestrian needs big improvement as most lifts are marked tenant we found the exit, but had no idea on how to get back in!!! We followed some other people who lead the way.
Car parks are very small.

Other reviews have some merit after trying this carpark out. To give Wilson some credit there is clear signage where the north and south lifts are in many places, it is just a shame:
1) there is only one pay station and it is a decent walk to find it. Would be great if pay stations existed in multiple places or at the very least least one near the front entrance ramp.
2) it is confusing what the visitor lifts are versus the private lifts unless you’ve done it many times. Signage specifically in the lift area lobbies for the pay station should be present. Make it easy once in the lobby.
3) agree with others that the fact you can’t go in the Collins St entrance outside of business hours makes this very painful to get to.

The closest to the Regent Theatre, but confusing entry and exit as many highlight. Confusion is not to put the car in or take it out, but using the lifts to get in or out. The lifts in the building required a card, luckily there was someone from the building waiting to use the lift as well, otherwise.. we walk up? In the evening we had to walk down to B3. May be there was another lift, but we could not find it. So other than for regulars this can be confusing. Oh.. and another important point, the address of the car park is in Collins Street, but entry is from 37-39 Russel Street. Need to be mindful of that too.
