Entered 8 minutes past the cut off time for early bird without realising. The guy working was understanding and created a new ticket for me. Other parks would never bother. Great spot to leave your car if you're in the city. Best price and service

Happy with this carpark place always great customer service :)
Especially when I have been the staff Andrew, Michael and Daniel have been exceptionally kind. I prefer parking with Greenco rather than other companies.

We just love this place. Fair prices, beautiful, friendly staff and the decorations and photos makes it feel extra warm and inviting. Best place to park up in Melbourne.

Thank you very much for the gentleman in charge who helped me navigate the tight exit ramp tonight. I was completely stuck in the narrow ramp and he was very helpful in teaching me navigate out of the tight spot.

Easily accessible parking place. Reasonably priced for evening and weekend parking much better then trying to find street spots.

The PAGODA by GREENCO at 180 Russell St Chinatown is very good with cheap $15 early bird. great helpful staff and security on guard . Clean brightly lit and completely refurbed...best access for Chinatown diners

First time we went, had a helpful and lovely staff member and the second time had a rude staff member that just wanted to watch his netflix. Great weekend rates.

Not the cheapest if you wanna park more than 4hrs. Short term parking is pretty reasonable price. Really convenient spot right in the city. Carpark closes at 6pm.

Card pay machines on Level 1 & 2 not accepting cash or credit card. It does accept credit card tap at exit when you insert your ticket there at barrier arm. Not well sign posted. Hope this helps someone else.

Tight parking spaces and corners. More suited to smaller vehicles. Prices aren't overly bad compared to other parking places.

Parked here but couldn't find any type 2 chargers, only Tesla. Poor show.
