Very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces. Great place to park car and highly recommended this parking at 181 Little Collins Street.

Great location, always a spot to park on weekends. Signage is a little sparse, especially directions to the lift from B3 and the fact you can't get out of the stairwell at B3.

$40 flat rate on a Sunday no matter how long you’re in there.
Didn’t know this and had no choice but to pay. Absolutely disgusted and furious. We were only parked for an hour.

Disgraceful management! Book and prepay online only to get there and have no spot available! Then coming here to post about my experience I saw all the other reviews and have seen this issue has been happening for YEARS! It’s nothing short of fraud! You cannot sell a parking space you don’t have. I missed my dinner reservation, lost $50 as a no-show fee, almost got into a car accident trying frantically to google maps car parks (since the nearby ones were all full) whilst driving because it’s the middle of the city and there’s nowhere to pull over and cars everywhere. Then was no time to get dinner before my show and I couldn’t enjoy it as I was so frazzled by the awful experience I’d had. The car park has less than 30 spots, the majority of the spots were reserved and you couldn’t get into them anyway as they had bars in the ground or boom gates to block the lower levels. I just cannot believe they purposely sell spots they don’t physically have! It took ages to get out as well because there was a stream of cars all with the same issue and there was no space to back up and everyone was doing 5 or 7 point turns it was so tight. In the time I was in there there would have been 10 carloads of people whose evening was effed due to this, and that’s just in ten minutes. Absolute scam, steer clear!

Absoltue disgrace of a car park! Will never be returning. I booked a car spot online and when I arrived the car park was "full". There are basically only a handful of public spaces and the rest are reserved. How disgusting that I was able to purchase a ticket if there actually wasn't any free spaces. This caused me to be late for a musical!! Not happy

Would give zero stars if possible. As previous reviews explain, the pre-booking system is a scam. Booked a park online and there were no car parks actually available! Very stressful, would not recommend.

Parked at B3 and followed directions from the glass doors 'through to lift'. There was no lift at B3 and no actual directions to take the stairs to B2. Went up the stairs to B2 and caught the Lift from there. On the way back that evening, we did the same in reverse, however the stairwell door was locked at B3, so we went back up stairwell to B2, and it was also locked. We were stuck in stairwell until another person came through the door. We then walked around the carpark from B2, down the car ramps with a number of other confused people, from B2 to B3. Would hate to be stuck in the stairwell without a phone, the whole situation is dangerous and confusing.

I pre-booked and paid online the Wilson car park at Scots Church last week. When I get there, there was no available parking bays. I had a restaurant booking I almost lost (that would have costed me $80). This parking lot is a joke: it’s like 30 spots only and most are even reserved for private use with bollards up

I love the Wilson parking app so much!
However, parking at 350 Collins is the WORST I have ever been too. I prepaid, got there and there was one space left and 4 cars there. No one to help as the sign suggested. The spaces are ridiculously tight. I will never use this parking spot again.
