Directly under the Park Hyatt Hotel, this carpark is run by Wilson and is clean, brightly lit and has decent size parking bays, even for my large SUV. Prices during the day are expensive, but ANY parking in or near the CBD will be pricey. Evening pricing is quite affordable but can be limited on very busy days.
This car park is in a VERY busy precinct, MCG, Tennis Centre, Vodaphone Arena, St Patrick's, Major Theatres, several major hospitals within walking distance etc etc.
It's a good idea to pre-book online, but even this won't guarantee you a spot.

Parked here for our matinee session at Regent Theatre. Short 12 mins walk. Better parking space, clean easy access to the lobby of Park Hyatt hotel.
