Oh my goodness what an absolute little slice of paradise this cute little place is - I had my first experience yesterday and have already rebooked it was so good! Jane was an absolute delight. Very welcoming and knowledgeable (impressive that this is her 10th yr running this business!) She cleansed my face and dida consultations, and I enjoyed a beautiful hydrating facial too. I'm super keen to try the sauna and have booked in some body treatments - really needed a one stop shop like this in my life - HIGHLY recommend x

The best experience!! Made a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Rebel and Vicki were so amazing to squeeze me for an infrared sauna and facial. The ladies were so kind and friendly. Rebel gave me an in-depth on the skin and products/treatments they offer. Beautiful warm studio with staff who really know their business and love what they do. Will definitely be back!

I experienced my first infrared sauna today! Great to be able to zone out, listen to some music & nuture my body! This sauna was perfect & I will be back next week! I can’t recommend Next Generation Healthy Bodies highly enough!! From their saunas, to their facials to getting rid of my double chin 🤣🤣, all their services are amazing and so reasonably priced. Jane and her team are the best in the business. They know their stuff and make you feel so at ease and at home as soon as you walk in the door. Do yourself a favour and check it out!!

I LOVE using these infrared saunas. They make me feel amazing after using them & I sleep like a baby that night. The prices are reasonable & the women working there are friendly, helpful & always make me feel important. The place is clean & has a nice atmosphere in the rooms, with an aromatherapy candle giving a spa like feeling. They are always on time when I have an appointment & I never have to wait.

Jane and her team are absolutely wonderful, I come for a sauna around 3 times a week and also facials and always come out feeling 100% better than I felt when I walked in. Thank you Jane and team for being amazing!

I visit Jane several days a week for either Starvac Treatment or Sauna. Everything is always meticulously clean, she always greets me with a big smile and we have some pretty great conversations. I live interstate and purchase my Medik8 product online through NGHB. Nothing had been too much trouble and all advice provided in a professional and reliable manner. The products have been received quickly & suit my skin needs every time. I truly appreciate being able to access this service and would recommend the Salon to anyone looking for skin advice - if I was closer I would be there for a facial very regularly!

I've been having an infrared sauna every Monday, for 18 months now. I am amazed how rejuvenated and relaxed I feel after. It's done wonders for my aching bones. I thoroughly recommend any one to give it a go. ❤❤

and my self love going to see Jane. Kids relax in the infrared sauna for many reasons. Ezsma , muscle recover & when they are not well to detox.
I love going to jane for sauna too & recently trying vacuum therapy that im currently enjoying. It definitely has helped with weight lose. We all feel it helps with a better nights rest too. We are always warmly greeted by Jane & she takes time out to talk to kids about skin or make up & they are excited to leave with samples. Highly recommed
