Efficient, professional and painless. Good location. Trainer for the Food Handler Safety course (Dean) was very knowledgeable, engaging and made the session fun. Highly recommend. Only criticism is the session I attended was on a Saturday and it was quite warm in the classroom. Evidently the air conditioning is not activated on week-ends.

The teacher captivated the students' attention with a very engaging and focused lesson, turning what could have been dull into something interesting. It was a great experience.

This course was comprehensive and well structured and hosted by an incredibly engaging facilitator called Lindy. Her knowledge and style of presentation was top class and I would encourage participants to book in on Mondays to experience this interesting presentation. It’s a quick and easy method of obtaining your RSA. I highly recommend

Rachel is excellent, friendly, approachable and very experience barista trainer. My daughter and I had so much fun during the training. I will recommend Rachel to any coffee enthusiast who like to become a barista as profession or for those who just like to have a good quality coffee every morning.

Took the RSA Course in person and the class was very interactive. Everything was easy and quick to understand thanks to our trainer, Alessandra. It is also fairly priced which is why I would recommend this place for enrolling in short courses.

I booked to do my RSA the day before the course, had no problems, the course instructor mark was really nice and easy to understand. Assessment is really easy, just pay attention and ask questions if you need. Overall great experience, would recommend to a friend and would do more courses through them.

This course is overall immaculately organised. The study material is taught incredibly well and structured in a very clear and concise manner, (and personally I found it very impressive that the zoom, and in-person session was held at the same time with literally no technical issues or other!), and best of all, it is not insanely expensive unlike other company courses are! I Will absolutely be coming back here to complete my other courses!

I completed 'Use hygienic practices for food safety' a few weeks ago. The instructor was personable, experienced and able to bring these qualities to her teaching of this subject. I particularly appreciated her ability to apply the material to the individual circumstances of each participant, highlighting aspects of food handling that was important for each of our situations. This is my 2nd time registering to Short Courses Australia to avail a training - this time for RSA. The session was structured and easy to follow. The facilitator did a great job handling both in-class and online attendees and made sure everyone is engaged in the discussions. Real-life examples were provided to give us idea of the concepts in the module. I would definitely go back next time to take another course!

The teachers who guided me were very friendly, kind and professional. She tried to be friendly with all of her students, asking what they were here for, and it was very impressive. And she seems to be taking responsibility for her own work, so the quality of her classes is high. Also, with lots of questions and roleplaying, we were able to learn RSA in a more familiar way. I chose this school to get my rsa. The content was good and the teachers were polite. I also liked the fact that it was one of the cheapest places to get certified in Melbourne.
