The coffee is amazing but the stand out is their dairy/gf hazelnut slice! It would have to be the best gf dessert I have ever had. I am going back to try the peanut butter slice next.

I usually come here for breakfast when I’m in the city. One of the highlights of my trip, such a nice atmosphere and the staff makes me feel welcomed everytime I go here.

Highly recommended for coffee and savoury items. I’ve been to this clean and inviting place a handful of times since moving close by for work. They have good flat whites and gorgeous free brownie bites in the morning. Their pies and sausage rolls do the job and can’t wait to try their sweets and desserts. The customer service is very warm and wonderful. Sitting down for lunch was actually pretty relaxing. Kudos!

This is a great Michel’s! The new Cakes look amazing and the display cabinets were full and inviting. The coffee was just perfect 👌

Went there for a hot chocolate, and it’s delicious. Friendly staff and they sell a variety of cakes.

For a chain store establishment this particular patisserie is outstanding. The coffee and cakes are standard but the staff here at Southern Cross station are amazing. Lively, friendly & vibrant they are a welcome refrain from sometimes soul less chain store places.

I just collected the most beautiful birthday cake for my Husband from Michel's, it was delicious and so reasonably priced. I really want to thank Kris and the Team for taking the time to do a non-standard order. The whole Team is friendly and obliging:).

I love chai latte in Michel's.. I tried in many cafes but Michel's chai latte is the best..
