Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to get a small gift for a tea lover! Huge assortment of tea and tea related products, everything you'd need in one store.

Helpful and courteous staff. Great variety. Well-thought-out package deals for new and returning customers. Just little things, like a couple of bucks off a storage tin if you're buying a box of tea to put it in. Handy like that. Great gift items for the tea people in your life. What can I tell you? I was very impressed.

Popped into the Emporium store today to stock up on some tea and was warmly greeted by two lovely members of staff. After getting settled in I was approached and checked in on, I let the member of staff know what it was I usually drink and that I was looking at trying something new, they recommended both the New York Breakfast and the Go Go Goa tea - the former I had tried once or twice before, ended up purchasing the latter. I'm drinking it as I type this and wow, its just what I was looking for. After a quick chat the member of staff processed my transaction swiftly and after making a final lap of the beautiful store I was on my way, farewelled by both staff members on my way out. I didn't catch either of their names but one had green hair and the other had blue.

I experienced one of the best examples of customer service today in the T2 Emporium store and it really made my day :)

Fantastic service from the T2 team, they're very knowledgeable about the products they sell.

With regards to their covid set-up, they are taking the safety and wellbeing of their team and customers very seriously. You must sanitise your hands and have your temperature checked prior to entry. Once inside there is ample to space to browse the store while maintaining social distancing.

Not having tea samples for people to breathe all over is a great plus.

If you have any interest in tea or are shopping for someone with an interest in tea, the staff here are able to help. They are knowledgeable about all their products and are helpful when you need them, but out of the way when you don't.

Nice teas that aren't excessively expensive. Main thing is they have a great variety and they have taste samples of a few types and smell samples of all that they sell. They also have all the tea paraphernalia you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is always the best place for me to buy beautiful gifts and tge staff are always friendly and helpful. By the way, i alaays buy my own tea there plus cups and saucers. I should clearly say "THE BEST"

I placed an online order for click and collect at the Emporium Store. The lady wrapped the gift so perfectly and popped it in a gift box. Very happy!
