A tradie from the outer suburbs and had to head into the CBD for a client, not too aware of parking facilities around but found Frys Fast Park. It was super convenient and staff are very easy going which helped a lot with not being too familiar with the city.

Recommend to anyone needing CBD parking, especially if you aren’t too familiar with the area, it was a great location.

Great CBD location and easy exit of the city in peak time, which helps greatly at the moment with all the roadworks in the CBD. Very positive experience and will continue to park with Frys going forward.

Today I paid 152$ for 7 hour parking. 100$ for not leaving my key In vehicle and 52$ for parking. I have a family emergency and due to that I was already late at my work so I took the car to city as it was nearby my office I park there I work 7 hour to earn 150$ and they charged me 152$ . Neither the staff there told me as it was too rush in the morning I didn’t read the board as well even after requesting a lot they charged me 152$ this is traumatizing day for me.

Hope that 100$ for nothing makes you guys happy.

***WARNING*** ROOF ON LEVEL 1 LEAKS. Peer up the ramp and you'll see they cover vehicles with pieces of cardboard and cloth. The leak damaged the paint-job on my vehicle and owner refusing to pay the damages. Have had to chase up with Consumer Affairs.

The price list is misleading and then I was quoted the wrong price. When I returned to my car they told me I had to pay twice the amount quoted if I wanted my car. The owner was rude and very unhelpful…obviously customer service and honesty isn’t valued at all.

Our car got locked in even though we were ready by the closing time - had to pay $100 for no reason because they locked us on
