Michelle’s Eastland have nothing but phenomenal customer service, Coffee was exceptional and the food was really good too, they get your taste buds up and running in the morning!

Like the coffee. Service is very friendly and fast. There allways seems to be a seat available even though it's in a busy place. Good for taking a shopping break.

For a cafe in the middle of a shopping centre the service was surprisingly lacking. The server was rude and disinterested, assumed parts of our order and was then annoyed at us that she got it worng. We were over charged, and the banana bread was well under toasted considering we asked for really toasted. Coffee was ok, milkshake was nice

Coffee is just so-so and service is basic. Busy spot so no need for service as customer traffic is high and business steady. I was overcharged for a coffee and water as the register terminal didn't match the specials being advertised. Small things, but for the price you're better off walking 50m further along to one of the other coffee shops in the centre.

Not happy jan...milkshake was disgusting...friends coffee was burnt...no carrot cake...obviously us normal people aren't flash enough to eat here anymore!

Awful ...the food is obviously mass produced frozen and stored in the fridge ..it's bland tasteless almost old and stale
