Best place, lovely people.

The way that Jetstar manages (or lack thereof) the baggage system / bag drop at Melbourne domestic airport is absolutely dismal. It was a very stressful experience on our way home to Sydney. Fancy having to go to a machine, print off tags and then put luggage through machines without staff assistance. Not to mention that there is a potentially HUGE security issue with this process! Spent 20 minutes attempting to check in luggage at departures terminal via machines. Some proper customer service via humans would be great.

I was mistreated by one employee, part of ground staff, at Hobart airport: I was forced to pay in a rush more for luggage -despite I've had paid already for one checked bag- and then despite having paid more I was separated from my belongings that were sent on the next flight.
All this process was done rudely and in a very unfriendly way.

Later, one phone from the bag-pack that didn't travel with me (a screen) broke but JETSTAR never took any responsibility for it.
I wasted a lot of time providing the evidence and explaining in detail to no avail.
In my case, customer care, basic manners and attention to detail were non-existent.
The worst was one employee at Hobart.

I'm still awaiting for my refund.

This is where impressionable staff are indoctrinated in the evil methods of their corporate overlords. Jetstar is a terrible airline, avoid them at all cost, fly Virgin if you can

This airline not worth travelling. I have made my decision. Always find excuses to charge for 1kg xtra weight cause we carry laptop for business travel. 👹👹

Worst airline, they will literally empty your pockets before a flight to try and squeeze every dime they can out of you.

Jetstar won't fly my family home after a fault on their end. Terrible human beings, all of them.

This has been an epically painful example of how NOT to handle customer service during a pandemic
