Sunday was free to park...from july 16, they will start to charge parking on sunday too.

I hate this car park always give me rubbish ticket and today when I try go through the car park the stop stick hit my car hardly broke my windscreen wiper when i press the calling button i get respond over 3 mins, and no one talked with me, it’s lucky it doesn’t hit my glasses but you guys should reset the Machine

my partner paid for his ticket at the pay station. he went to go out but the machine wouldn't take it. the operator said he owed 50 cents. on a hot day with our young daughter he was forced to drive back in, take her out of the car, go to the pay station and try to pay the extra 50 cents but pay station wouldn't take it. he went back to the operator who gave him a new ticket and charge of 50 cents. he went paid for the 50 cents on the new ticket and tried to leave but the machine again wouldn't take it. the operator opened the barrier after that after a lot of hassle. this whole experience made my partner very upset. you really need to upgrade your systems.

We were GROSSLY and unjustly overcharged for our car parking at Box Hill Central

We parked our car for one hour and 25 minutes on Tuesday afternoon and were charged

$7.00 at the exit gate although at the payment machine we paid $1.00 as was displayed

on the screen and accepted by the payment machine. When we attempted to exit the car

park, our ticket was rejected and we noted on the screen that it requested a payment of

$7.00. We subsequently discovered that the login time stamped on the entry ticket was

INCORRECT and so were the times stamped on the credit card receipt as we were required

to overpay at the exit in order for the boom gate to be raised.
This is an OUTRAGE!!!

Carrington Rd Box Hill. You cannot book online and use your bankcard to get in and out. Wilson is behind the times. Since shoppers have to be charged the moment they set foot (tyres?) on the car park, the level of service should be improved.

I was participating in the Japanese Festival at the town hall and was asked to leave my car in the shopping centre car park. I was there all day and had to pay a $52 ticket to get out. Seriously, people? $52, for one car space? Absolutely insane.

We parked here to attend a medical appt at Box Hill Hospital, when we returned I inserted the parking ticket in a pay station just inside the main doors - The machine said $30 but for some reason wouldn't accept the credit card - so we walked to the car and drove to the exit gate, inserted the parking ticket again and the total had gone from $30 to $41 in a matter of 2 minutes - Daylight robbery Mr Wilson!

The parking is terrible and it is hard to find a spot.
