I went in to the office today to change my will. They had the old one and I took in the new one to be witnessed and signed. I am writing this review to praise young Charlotte for the professional way she dealt with it all. She will go far and so lovely, also thankyou Shane for co signing, much appreciated.

2024. What an experience! Our family have used this firm for 3 generations but no more! What was meant to be the simple execution of our late Father's estate dragged on for 5 months and made very little progress but generated a very hefty bill. The lack of empathy, communication, dedication and professionalism from this firm was deeply lacking.
Frustrated, we took our business elsewhere and started the process again.Surprisingly after just 9 weeks, the entire estate was finalised.
Brown and Proudfoot, we will never be back.
