OMF is by far the best bed and mattress shop I’ve visited.
Chloe is such a sweetheart and she helped us find the perfect firm mattress and bed.
They have many mattress in stock and pacakaged compactly. I was able to fit a queen mattress into a sedan car.
Overall 10/10 experience! Will come again

Staff are lovely and eager to help, the mattresses are really comfy too.

Katerina was a very friendly and helpful person. She was attentive. She took an extra mile to provide all info I needed to make the decision. I bought two sets of beds and mattresses, she also offered me a good deal. I commend OMF to you if you are looking for good quality and reasonable prices.

Ohhh wow I can’t believe the customer care and support I received from danni at OMF Shepparton, that girl knows her stuff, she helped me pick the right mattress and base and also was in my budget too. If you even need a new bed, danni is your girl.

Popped in just to have a look as we have been talking for awhile about getting a new bed... spoke to Amanda who was great at assessing our varying requirements regarding firmness, size etc ... a little bit of discussion and we came away with the Australian made king size Hamilton and an east/west base base, panel headboard and protector. Great and friendly service, no pressure sale. We look forward to receiving our new bed in 2-3 weeks :)

The service offered today by Amanda and Zara was exceptional. The knowledge and information provided was well above any received from other stores in the few weeks.
There also had great communication skills and were very easy to deal with. Great personalities and highly recommend.

The staff at the Shepparton store were very friendly and extremely helpful in finding me a mattress best suited to my needs. The delivery drivers were friendly, punctual and took the mattress to my bedroom, unwrapped it and put it on the bed for me as I'm a wheelchair user so it's not something I could have done myself. Overall I thoroughly recommend this store and team for great service and the mattress is FANTASTIC !! C.McD.

Amanda and Zara were amazing. We purchased our new mattress back in March. We went back in July to purchase one for our guest bedroom. Zara remembered which mattress we purchased last time, told us it was on sale now for less than we paid so she gave us a great deal on the new mattress. Very happy with our experience!

My husband and I purchased the elegance soft a little over 2 years ago; and we are in love! It's so soft, luxurious and supportive.

My wife and I visited the Shepparton store armed with a list of questions. We took our time and laid on a number of beds which of course lead to many more questions. All the while our five year old son was being kept amused with balloons, a god sent when your selecting the right mattress for the next 8 years. My wife really appreciated the fact that there was no sales pitch or pushy sale. We also appreciated the service around the other items we purchased from the store. Best of all was the prompt professional delivery, the mattress arrived when she stated it would.

Great customer service, excellent prices and product knowledge. Amanda was able to show us several options for a new mattress. No pushy sales pitches, and explained the differences in plain English. Will be buying from the Shepparton store again.

After spending hours searching for a new bedroom suite, we went back to OMF (our first stop) and made our purchase. Amanda K was super easy to deal with and very helpful. The bed was delivered a couple days later and we have been sleeping well ever since!

We wish we'd gone to OMF first instead of doing the rounds of a dozen furniture stores. Chloe guided us through their mattress range until we found our ideal comfort level. We got a decent discount with no fuss and very reasonable delivery rate. Check them out, get what you want at a great price and thank them for leaving the rest of your weekend to yourself.

I spent a lot of time in this store with my partner trying to find the mattress we wanted and was super worried about making the wrong choice as we both have back issues. The sales girls in there were so great and we ended up making a decision based on the information they had given us. We have had our new bed for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Will 100% be back to buy for my kids.

Great service purchased a mattress it was to firm when back after 2weeks and no problem swapping over to a softer one. Staff were so friendly both times.
