I went in to buy new cradles for my kayak & was delighted when I was told I wouldn't need to spend any money. I was not only shown how my existing cradles could be adjusted to fit the roof racks but each cradle was adjusted for me.

Bought a cheap set of racks from an auto store and tried to fit them myself. After trying to fit the front left bracket to the rear right bracket and so on, I decided I needed a professionals help. Although not a product used by Pole Position they freely helped me fit my new racks properly then refused to take payment. These guys are the real deal and should be supported. So if you need roof racks, bike racks, car seats or any accessory attached to your car. Don’t go past Pole Position

I needed a last minute car seat installation before going away for the weekend. These guys were happy to see me straight away, fitted the car seats in about 20 min and only charged $40 for two car seats. Would absolutely recommend 👍👍

Really friendly and helpful. I had a unique issue where I had some existing components and some components from another store. Pole position were able to point me in the right direction and even graciously excepted returns of some racks which I'd purchased and subsequently realised weren't what I was after.
