Was looking for a suitable vehicle for my in-laws. Burnie Mazda were happy to bring the vehicle we were interested in through to Legana. The sales person, Kristie, was very friendly and accommodating. Long story short, the whole operation was painless, and my in-laws ended up purchasing the vehicle. Smiles all round.

Cannot give the team at Burnie Mazda enough praise. After not having the most positive experience buying my car at another Mazda dealership, was wary about heading to another dealer for servicing but Tara has been nothing but wonderful! Wish I had headed there to purchase the car but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

His knowledge, care, and attention to our situation whilst having vehicle problems at William Creek, many hundreds of kms from a Mazda dealer was assuring to us. As someone who works full time across 2 sites, Burnie Mazda makes it so easy to manage my services. They let me drop my car off, give me a lift into work and then park my car back at my work when they've finished. They are friendly, polite and just absolutely fabulous. A top team for servicing. I've taken my car here for the last few years and had consistently good service each time. They seem efficient and are open with good communication. If I require replacement parts (e.g. breakpads) they call for approval and get it done which saves me time and effort. They can usually squeeze me in without having to wait weeks (depending on their workload). I feel as though it's good value for money compared to others I've tried.
