I received my second lobe peircing from Kaitlyn and her customer service was exceptional. She explained every step of what she was doing and also just making general conversation which i thought was lovely. She took her time marking out the placement and making sure they were even, and asking me if i wanted any changes to the placement. She made the experince much more enjoyable then when i got my first lobes done. She was just generally a sweet and bubbly person and if i could give her a rating it would be 11/10. If i ever get any more peircings she is the person that i want to do it 🤍

I visited your store yesterday, along with my 5 year old daughter as she wanted to get her ears pierced. We were helped by a wonderful young lady Tamala. The ear piercing was so gentle. I couldn’t believe that my daughter had almost no reaction. To add to our experience, once we left your store, my little girl hugged a friend of hers who was at the indoor playground near Aldi and her earring got caught in this child’s hair 😢😢😢 it ripped the earring from her ear. And it had JUST been pierced. I panicked and got back to Lovisa within minutes. Tamala advised that she would need to re-pierce it. For my little girl to have just had them pierced, and to then happily sit in the chair once more to get her one ear pierced AGAIN, proves what an exceptional service Tamala provided. Her gentle and kind demeanour went a far way for an overwhelmed mum and my very brave and excited soon to be 6 year old 🌸 thank you Tamala! X

I wanted to share my experience as i walked out feeling really happy with the customer service i received last Saturday. i didn't get the lady's name as i didn't keep my receipt but i do remember she had half black hair and half blonde. i had a birthday to go to and couldn't decide on what to buy. She ended up helping me choose as i was quite overwhelmed by the choices on offer. needless to say that lady had time for me and i appreciate her help.

Today I was served by a lovely girl named Tegan! I’ve been rushing around all weekend trying to find some accessories for my dinner plans tomorrow ! I went in not knowing what would suit the outfit I have planned and she was so happy to help! She asked me questions about the event and showed me a bunch of great options ! I ended up buying a few of her suggestions! 10000% recommend seeing Tegan if you need help deciding like I did! Very happy with my purchases! Will be back!

Exceptional customer service from Celine when I visited. I'm not super comfortable buying jewellery usually and I was in a hurry but she made it really easy and helped me find something nice which really complimented my aesthetic. She even helped me unstick my finger from a ring I didn't notice was too small before trying it on 😂 whatever she's being paid it's really not enough.

The girl working on Thursday morning 12/5/22, has excellent customer service skills. Very soft spoken, Welcomed me with a warm smile and patiently helped me to choose the right jewellery for my dress.

I spent maybe 20mins in the shop and heard her helping customers and could hear her doing her best to get to know her customers and what they wanted/needed.

The manager there was really great, she has an exceptional smile which is warm! Lots of potential to grow

Bought a pair of earrings at about 2pm today…. They’re now broken. They’ve been in for about 3 hours.
The bottom ring snapped off just by me moving my hair.
The lady said I’d get my receipt in an email but I think she misspelt it so now there goes $30 down the drain.

I recently purchased earrings from lovisa, and i wore them for the first time at the beach today, and i have just now taken them off to find that they had fully rusted, if you’re going to sell earrings for $20 at least make them good quality. And if they aren’t suitable for water then state it on packaging. i’m disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

Was asked by a worker to show my bag as I was leaving, which I totally get is part of the job, but she had the rudest attitude towards me the whole time. unnecessary and poorest customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
