Day trip from Melbourne to Bendigo.

When you first walk into the bistro it feels like a restaurant, the staff are very attentive and helpful.
We had a garlic and cheese Cob loaf which was perfect. BBQ Egg and Bacon parma which was delicious, and a traditional parma.
They were massive and a really good feed.
The other meals that we saw around us were massive too, so you are definitely getting bang for your buck.

Unfortunately I did not get my Trifecta on the horses.

The lunches were top notch. 15 for lunch and not one complaint. Super helpful and friendly service.

The food was excellent, you can even call the best in Bendigo.
Mains and Entree, all the sauce were wonderful, perfect cooked timing.
Would definitely come back and recommend this place again.

All the food was amazing. Smashed avo parma, onion rings and $18 Thursday Night Steak deals were all great.

The staff were really friendly too.

Have been to the One Tree numerous times since it's been under new management and each time has been perfect. Food has always been spot on, service friendly, and the kids are always kept busy on the playground. Highly recommend.

We had a family wake on the 29th of December in the Beer Garden and we would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff at the OTH.
From the first initial contact and meeting to the brilliant customer service , they took the stress away from the family. They seriously went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Many stayed on for meals and not one complaint. Generous size meals, hot, presentation 💯%.
The OTH provides a great family atmosphere, the garden is spotless and clean and the renovations inside are awesome.

First time at this great friendly hotel. Great food friendly service and chilled atmosphere. Excellent value for money and so close to Bendigo. Don't trust the online booking, as it said there were no tables but when we got there, we were told they had plenty of space. Definitely worth a trip to the "country".

Was at the pub for the steak night and they nailed it! Ordered medium rare, was spot on.

Our group is lunching at a different regional pub each month. The lunch at One Tree Hill was delicious and particularly generous. Nobody had room for dessert. All agreed that it was the best Bendigo and nearby lunch so far in our outings.

Been back there a few times lately. Beautiful food, very friendly. Im impressed. My neighbours love it also that they have been going nearly every night for dinner

What can I say about this place WOW.
Having stopped going there sometime ago we decided to give it a try under new ownership. We are so glad we did. The meals were out quickly even though it was quite busy. The food so good, I had the mixed grill and too be honest it was huge. The service was great the staff are friendly and efficient. It is good to see the turnaround of this business. We will be certainly be back for more.

Me and my partner had our engagement party here and it was amazing! Hailey is a god sent!
It was raining on the day and she opened half the restaurant for us and our guests and made the whole night stress free!
If you are ever wanting an affordable and great venue for an event, I can guarantee you won’t regret this place!
