Parking Port - Melbourne Airport Parking

Very happy with their service. They accepted our last minute booking on a busy holiday weekend and took us to the airport quickly. Upon arrival they came immediately to collect us and returned us to our car. The car was fine, no scratches or any issues. Friendly and professional service.

Used this business for a recent trip overseas.
Was happy with everything.
They helped load our luggage into van and were on our way once I'd done checking in our car.
On our return we rang the mobile and were picked up within 10 minutes.
Would definitely use again when necessary and highly recommend them.

Very reasonably priced ($42 for 4 days parking). Provided shuttle bus to airport terminal for 6:45AM flight and picked us up on the day of return at 9PM. My car was already waiting for me when we reached the carport. A very expeditious and pleasant experience, will definitely use again and recommend to friends as needed.

They take of my car and they get me to the airport on time. The staff members are friendly and polite. They have reasonable rates if you book early online.

From getting a quote of 140$ from the airport itself car park to $50 with parking port I couldn't be happier with the service they have. We got dropped to the airport as soon as we parked up and got picked up as soon as we landed. The car was ready at the gate, really really happy with this service and will sure to be back again.

My wife and I recently left our car at Parking Port for 3 1/2 weeks.
The whole experience was fantastic, they could not have done any better.
From drop off to driving home. Our driver Ming/Mick was personable and friendly. Our return flights had been changed, because of covid, but Ming only took minutes from our call to pick us up. We have in the past used another off airport car park, however that has been closed for a while. We will be using Parking Port from now on.Thank you for a stress free experience. Michael and Lynne

Great service, well priced. The driver to the airport (18/8/19) was an awesome guy. Driver back (2/9) was not so personable but drove us safely back to our vehicles. Will use again.

Was a little sceptical of using this Airport Parking after reading a couple of bad reviews.
I called up before booking and had nothing but a pleasant outcome. We dropped the car at Parking Port. The driver was returning from picking up other customers from the airport. We waited maybe 5 minutes but were swiftly taken to the airport in plenty of time. We returned 8 days later, called up when we collected our luggage and they were at the airport within 5 minutes to shuttle us back to our car. This was during the school holidays. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.

Extremely satisfied with the service. On time pickup and drop off to the airport by their staff. Didn’t have to leave the car keys behind as well. Lovely people, look forward to using their services in the future :)

I left my car at Parking Port this morning, I was running super late to the airport because Google thought going through all the morning traffic on the edge of the city would be quicker than going the Keilor way. The Parking Port attendant was super lovely and drove me straight to the airport so I made my flight!! Thank you so much!!!

We always use Parking Port when travelling for parking, very convenient location and easy to get to from Calder Fwy,E and they always have the cheapest price! Easy to book online, and pay on arrival, reliable, friendly people. We will continue to support small business, especially those struggling since Covid to stay open.

Amazing service and good price . I had a early morning flight and booked for 3:30 drop off . Got a call from them at 3:20 asking and confirming my arrival time so they can drop me at airport . On my return pick up car came quickly and car was ready to drive. Highly recommend

Cannot fault the service. We were picked up promptly and they had our car all ready for us back at the depot. The driver was nice and assisted us with our heavy luggages.

Great service tonight guys! Picked up 11:30pm In this 33 degree heat and nice to find mine and the other passengers cars lined up and on with the aircon blaring, was a nice and cool drive home! Great service and booked through Groupon. Will use again!

Always use parking port when we go away on holidays. Easy to book online and we often buy the groupon deal. Once ieft my phone on the shuttle bus and another driver quickly returned it to me at the airport before my flight. Always great customer service!

I was there at 3.30am because of early flight. The whole process from parking till dropping off at the Airport was too easy. No waiting during returning flight since the shuttle bus was already there waiting. Friendly staff and the best deal is cheapest among all the parking providers at Airport/Tullamarine and surrounding area. Definitely I will use their service again.

I used this service twice already, the lady who organise transfer between the parking and airport is very friendly and my car was kept well. I can feel safe when leaving car rather dropping a car off at random place in a long term car park. No issue, and reasonable price. Highly recommended :D!!
