It’s a real hit and miss with the staff at this store. Have been a few times showing interest in a particular ring to compliment my engagement ring. A lady with long black hair couldn’t give two hoots about serving us. However swung by another week to check out if there were any sales on this ring and Tom was absolutely incredible and super helpful.

I am a regular customer at this bevilles and last night the customer service and the execution from Tom was just outstanding! I was well greeted which lead me to actually purchasing a fine fossil watch which Tom arranged. This no bluff this guy is a genuine gentleman and pure salesman. I believe this man should be recognised for all of his hard work.

Recently I made the decision to purchase a new watch. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Tamica engaged with me right away and quickly started asking me questions on what I was looking for. She was very patient with me as I tried a lot of different watches. She was lovely to deal with, she asked what my budget was and didn't try to convince me to purchase something more expensive. Her product knowledge was second to none and made my decision process much easier. Tamica adjusted the band on my purchase in store and made sure I was happy with how it looked and felt before I left. Customer service at it's best, I would certainly buy from her again. We need more people like Tamica in retail.

Have bought a few pieces of jewelry from here. Had an issue with the first piece and they didn't hesitate to rectify and put blame elsewhere. They owned up and fixed it. Because of that we trust that we get quality pieces here.

Went into the store today after visiting other jewellery stores in the centre. Celia served us and was amazing in her knowledge and service, she was honest in her feedback about the styles I was looking at and helped us find me the perfect engagement ring.
We’ll definitely be going back for our wedding rings.

Absolutely top customer service. I phoned the store on Tuesday to find out if they had a particular charm I was after & spoke to Diana. As hard as it was to explain what I wanted, between us we got to the bottom of it. Diana was also kind enough to put them away for me, so my sons could pick them them up as I have compromised immunity & could'nt do it myself. At the store my sons were looked after properly & with courtesy.

Great jewellery store, my neice brought a gift to take back to the Philippines . The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks to everyone who works there

The chain and bracelet I tried on was like Gangster Grunge. Very hospitable and polite thank you for letting me try it with out doubt I'd fly out out of the store with $700 worth of silver Trust is sweet and I'm going to buy it so no one else try it when it's cleaned up will be Pristen so once it's payed for I can walk out that door with heavy artillery silver bulky on me I'll way me the way the weight of the necklace and bracelet set once paid for it yet don't forget that I said this it's Gangster Grunge heavy on my lungs and wrist any one wanna donate for this deposit is $200 which is good Praise God for Blessing me with this very strong no body would even try rip it off lasting so long Gangster gangster grunge with guitars distorted up I'll be sorted up and happy I got style of my own so I go get it and go home and know I'm Blessed The Lord is the best Father pray for a miracle don't need to write any further

I went into Bevilles Watergardens last week to look for a mens black and gold ring.
I was served by Josie who went above and beyond to find the right ring. She showed me plenty of options and in the end I couldn't decide, so I bought 3 lol.
The gold ring with diamonds was my favourite.
