Was really very impressed with the ladies in printing. I had a tricky document to print which needed formatting. This was a seamless process for the team and I was very thankful to have a very professional product. Also, have always received great experience when visiting Officeworks and in particular Officeworks Ringwood.

Fantastic service by a young male. I arrived with a G2 Apple pen and no receipt but he found away to exchange it using my bank details.
Really thinking outside the box. To get a positive solution for a customer.

Michael is the best employee I have ever met. He helped me through my adversity of buying 2 fx8200 cas calculators. His expertise and guidance really lifted my spirits and brightened my day. ❤🙉

Like all the options and the variety. Can purchase for office, home, craft and tech on the one visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Have never found a problem with car parking. If your on foot, there is a laneway to the left as you exit that will take you via a more direct route to Eastland Shopping Centre.

This store has many things that other stores don’t have. Friendly staff and items so it’s easy to find what i need

Have ordered document prints online and other click and collect items and there has never been an issue. My order is usually ready faster than the expected time, and I have not had to wait long at pickup unless they are super busy. Young staff seem friendly and efficient. Would definitely continue using their printing and click and collect services.

Needed to get a huge poster printed at very short notice. Gave the store a call and they rushed my click and collect order. Unfortunately I didn’t grab the ladies name in the print department but she was amazing. The order was done within 3 hrs.

I had issues with a brand new iPhone I had purchased the afternoon before. I initially called the Ferntree gully store (where I bought it from), the first worker was extremely rude and implied I was a liar, then I was referred to a helpline. I called the helpline and was told I needed a courier to collect it, then after that they will refund it, then I can re-order it. This would make the whole process a few weeks. After spending nearly $1200 I was so frustrated! The helpline then hung up on me! I was then told again by the Ferntree gully store that there are no exchanges in store due to covid, and that it’s at their discretion.
I then called The Ringwood store and spoke to James. He was amazing! Listened to my crying and frustrations and he was so apologetic on behalf of the other store. After consulting with the tech manager, Andy, they said they would help me out with an exchange or refund that day! I went straight down and they were amazing! So apologetic, so helpful and so understanding. These guys are great and I am so thankful for their help today!

I have used Officeworks Ringwood to print photos for me and have always found them very kind and helpful - I need help as I am in my sixties and not very techno-savvy. I would especially like to thank Brooke (a fairly new staff member) for her kindness and perseverance when helping me with a tricky resizing job.

I rushed in last week after my grandfather had passed away and I needed a photo printed desperately for his funeral. I don't remember the young guys name who helped me but we made a great team getting the picture perfect. Thank you, the photo looked wonderful framed on top of my grandfather's casket and the little one is happily with my mum.

A shout out to Gavin who was extremely helpful when I purchased a gaming chair. Helpful, polite and courteous. A great customer service experience!

I needed a last minute printer because Covid is ruining my kids colouring in time and I didnt really know what I needed spec wise. Brodie took the time to go through all the options and really made me feel at ease with my choice. He is a credit to your organisation and a very helpful and useful human person. I ended up buying something more expensive than i thought i would, but he gave me confidence and it's the greatest purchase we have made in 2020. Thanks also from Charlotte age 5 & 1/2 and Andie age 2.

Hi. Visited Officeworks, Ringwood today to purchase some document trays.
One of the staff members, Cameron, attended to me, and showed me computers and monitors; he was quite knowledgeable. I ended up buying a new laptop and monitor for $1000. Great salesman! Jeff

Had a young staff member help me out with finding the right cable for my GoPro. Actually dropped what he was doing so he could bring me to the cable section while figuring out which cable was the right one. Amazing service!
