Friendly staff，efficient service！

Maccas food is universal, I got what I ordered. Atmosphere could have been better, but I HAVE been meaning to clean the car for a while. Drive through was incredibly slow that day, but not their fault at all, in fact given that they were short staffed and the weather was hell, it was better than I had thought it would be.

Great Chai latte just not hot enough for my liking but really fast and great service.

The maccas was big, clean and tidy. It wasn't very crowded which was good. Had good customer service, but very slow at receiving food even though there was barely any customers. But the food was tasty. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love this drive through - service was extra warm welcoming & willing to provide answers to my simple request.... "Can you buy bunless MCMuffins and Burgers - just meat patties or burger with salad?"... the response was a big fat "Certainly!".... Just made my lowcarb keto kinda day! Plus the wait bays are in a nice position for both the server & the driver - just slip into around the corner and slip out with ease!

We arrived at the drive thru & started placing our order, but my friend's son randomly vomited in the back seat, we pulled him out & laid him on the concrete steps next to the monitor, we couldn't reverse yet & we didn't know what to do, we told the ordering girl what was happening, also one of the lovely ppl in the queue also called the store, very soon afterwards the manager came out with a bottle of water & we worked out what to do. We reversed after everyone had moved out of the way, then cleaned up & placed our order in store. My friend's son was fine afterwards.
We commend the staff that helped us without being annoyed or adding stress to our situation, thank you.

As far as McDonald's food is, it's done well. Chips are hot, ice-cream is cold, order is right, and you don't wait long.

Never had an issue, the food is consistently what you would expect and the staff are pretty great. The drive through is always super quick too.

Never have I had to ring up and get a refund but Strath or Bendigo Mcdonalds has thrown our food in the bags, on a lot of occasions we've never had our meal delivered because they somehow forget the entire meal, So thank you Kangaroo Flat for being decent enough to respect a customers order!

Had some problems in the past with mixed up orders. Did contact manager numerous times about it and action was taken. Pleased today no more problems and good fast friendly service

Quality assurance, mouth watering great deals on meals. The Hot drinks come with a magical barista touch you can't find anywhere else

Been my go to McDonald's since it opened over 20 years ago. Food is always fresh and staff friendly. If you're in Bendigo, no need to go anywhere else.

Had a double quarter pounder burger yesterday and it was the best I have ever heard from any McDonald’s location.!

I go to the kflat maccas nearly every weekend for dinner. Good food, best big macs. Although, they always forget my sweet and sour sauce when I order nuggets :)

Very quick service just after 6.00am in morning in store. Delicious coffee and hash brown & sausage & egg mcmuffin

Friendly staff. Very clean & covid19 safe. Very impressed. Many Melbourne branches could learn from McDonalds Kangaroo Flat

They are always spot on with my orders. But being so popular there is sometimes a wait, but worth it...thru drive-thru anyway
