This is such a brilliant shop with the most attentive, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Massive massive shout out to Steph and Aaron who went above and beyond to get the right sized Mongrel boots into the store for collection as we were limited on time due to a flight the following day. Could not recommend this shop and the staff within it enough!!!

Went in again today (16.08.2023). As usual, the service from the owner and staff member was great (second to none). The products they offer are always of the highest quality, and to top it off, their prices are very fair! I highly recommend Roadhouse Essendon to anybody that wants to look their best with top quality workwear (attire) and footwear. Don't even bother looking anywhere else.

Incredible customer service. It's been a while since I've experienced that level of helpfulness in a store. Being on a working holiday I required some safety gear. The team were extremely approachable and took their time to introduce me to the various brands and products. 5 star!

Absolutely incredible service!!! Was visiting from a different state and was by far the best service of my whole trip!!! I couldn’t have asked for better staff to help us out. The staff there deserve incredible praise they weren’t pushy at all just helpful. The store was very clean, tidy and organised. Just a extra special mention to Aaron he was such a brilliant worker, we went in for a jacket and because of him came out with so much more (in a good way)

Great customer service! Staff - Arron has been patient ly provided advice while I was trying a pair of shoes. He picked up my foot problem straight away. Not many people can notice my right foot is slightly wider compared to my left foot. His advice is pretty helpful to help me to make my decision.

You know it’s been such a long time since you’ve experience that level of quality customer service because it genuinely surprises you. Aaron and Taylor were both so helpful and approachable, they were personable and gave their time and expertise willingly and positively. I don’t care if they never offer a single discount, the experience was so pleasant and unlike retail these days I’ll be sure to go back! 👏

Ordered a pair of workboots from them. Communicated with Paul regarding international shipping and his response was prompt and concise. Even after discovering that I ordered the wrong size, Paul was very helpful with recalling the shipment and shipping to me the correct pair. Wonderful dealings with them. Will definitely order from them again. 2 thumbs up!

Called looking for a small sized boot and Sam offered to put a pair aside for me. When I came in to pick them up she went ABOVE and BEYOND fitting me with the right size, lacing them properly and explaining everything as she went. When I asked about work cargo pants too (because buying them for a female figure can be challenging) she didn't rest until she found a pair that fitted perfectly for my purposes.

I can't thank her enough for her time, knowledge and dedication to meeting a customer's needs. If you need anything workwear related, go and see Sam. She'll sort you out!

OH MY WORD. An absolutely delightful.establishment that I had the pleasure of attending twice in 3 days due to my own stupidity. HOWEVER, the treasures of humans that run this shop gave me exceptional service on both occasions, tonight they remained open as i was running late - I had driven from bendigo after work so I could return some boots that I mistakenly purchased in the wrong color, when I arrived they were absolute gems, I wish I'd taken their names, all 4 of them were angels. Shop here, trust me, you will leave wanting to buy these people a beer. THANKYOU all of you, particularly the nice bearded man who helped a sister out on the phone giving me directions and being an all round legend

I went with a mate to buy some work shoes. We had the pleasure of Sam helping us with sizing and style. Sam has excellent product knowledge and she has a great attitude. I would definitely shop here again purely for service like that👌

I ordered a pair of shoes online on Monday night (a week before Xmas) and expected to see them well and truly after the rush. Couldn't believe it when they got delivered on Wednesday morning!
Well done to all concerned - I'm sure you are all under the pump this time of year and I just wanted to let you know we appreciate your work.
We were also in the Roadhouse Southern Cross DFO shop on Sunday morning (17-12) and received first class service from the young lady who was working (apologies for forgetting your name).

I purchased a pair of Ferracini boots from Aaron, at the the time they were not in stock in Melbourne and the trouble and time that Aaron took to get these boots from their W.A. store to Melbourne, you just don't get service like this anymore. keep up the great work, forever a Roadhouse customer.

Loved the customer service from Sam today. She was super insightful and helped me select what I really needed. Very friendly and willing to stay back to help me, not rushing me, even though I arrived 10mins before closing. Thanks so much!

Their service was exemplary. Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks for work, the owner of the store, Rowan, dropped them off to my house directly to avoid the long postage times during COVID-19. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange them, Rowan dropped the right size off to my house again the next day! Thanks Rowan and team!

Bought a pair of shoes today and served by Marie. Great knowledge of footwear and great friendly customer service and very good vibe in the store also very helpful.
