I often shop here, thou choosie on purchases as I find numerous items higher priced than other local stores.
I visited Tues, not impressed with service. Sorry, you don't cut off serving a buying customer to deal with someone who has walked in with a query. 👎

I just had the worst experience in my life with the manager and possibly owner Mel. She was rude obnoxious and just a terrible person to deal with. The staff were much the same it’s got to be the worst place in bendigo to shop and I will not be spending another cent in the store, I will also be posting over all my social media platforms how awful the customer service was. They are happy to sell items that are faulty or broken. Buyer beware - awful place

Having shopped yesterday at Better Home Bendigo (shop 74, Bendigo Marketplace) My father purchased a mobile phone charger, which instead of being a USB to micro, it was an iPhone charger.
My father took the product back, unopened with the receipt, for an exchange or refund. He was blatantly refused a refund or store credit, and he was told that store policy was NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT despite the fact that under The Consumer Law Act 2010, if a product is not fit for purpose the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
They forced him to pay extra for the correct product.
As a customer that has shopped there on multiple occasions, my family and I will never be returning to that store. The manager and staff in Better Home Bendigo need to understand how simple refund policies apply and how important it is to not only keep the customers happy, so that they will return, but to also recognise that customer relations are the key to retail success.

The worker In here should be ashamed of themselves, the cleaner in the centre as well, they where openly talking and running down the person who was in the tree at Maryborough yesterday, this person obviously has a problem and without knowing the reason behind the incident they should not have been mouthing off so loudly that all customers could here , won’t be shopping in there again, Shame on you 🤬🤬😡😡
