Easy and plentiful parking. Grand entrance, helpful reception staff who even escorted us to the lift and ensured we knew where to find the restaurant. Friendly greeting by a beautiful Maitre de, escorted to a nice table. It was relatively busy for the start of service at 6pm Sunday. It's quite a bright and expansive area, but still managed to be intimate. Lovely waitress was sweet and fun. Quickly returned with our drink order: generous servings. Only issue we had with the menu was that everything sounded appealing. Meals were quick out of the kitchen. Very impressive and generated a lot of conversation about how good everything was. Skillful presentation, amazing flavours, generous servings. We ordered 2 entrees (scallops & gnocchi) chicken pasta and a side of beans. to come out together. One glass of sparkling & one Pepsi. $108. Very reasonable for the enjoyment we had. There were several desserts we were interested in, but too full to proceed. We were ready to go in around an hour which was what we wanted. Lovely chat with the Matre de. Learnt that between the entrance level sports bar (nice seating options and a similar but simpler menu) and the restaurant there are meals available 7 days a week. Highly recommended and a high quality option in a rural area. We had the resort experience and got to sleep in our own bed.

Gorgeous ambience, friend helpful staff. Second timers, returning for the Porterhouse steak and Yorkshire pudding. We also tried the lamb, asian coleslaw with cashews, barramundi. Delicious !!!

Ordered the stuffed chicken and lamb chops. They were both amazing!

Waiter forgot a second order of lamb chops but hurried the food out in 10 minutes.

Overall great food and good service 👍🏼

A culinary indulgence like no other. It’s hard to pick a favourite from all the delicious food we were served, but I think I have to choose the grand mariner chocolate mousse on the chocolate tasting plate. But it’s a tough competition
We loved it so much we went back for a second meal because we didn’t want to miss out!

We have dinner at Three Founders when we stayed at RACV. We had one of the best Risotto in long time. We had ordered multiple side dish which were really good and decent portion size. We loved Mango panna cotta and it was so yummy that we ended having one additional round of it :)

Literally the BEST dinner dining experience we’ve had in ages!!! Gorgeous lamb shoulder, delicious entrees, blissful dessert platter, perfect steak and sublime barramundi… so good we couldn’t stay away. I’d go back to stay in Creswick just to eat at Three Founders again!!!

Had lovely dinner of prawn and chorizo skewers and porterhouse steak. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Enjoyed a nice dinner (part of RACV escape package). Highly recommend the prawn and chorizo skewers. The barramundi was delicious too. Jose the restaurant manager made us feel very welcomed. Deelan our server was really good too.

The dinner was delicious. I ordered a Porterhouse Steak with Fries and Elise ordered the Chicken Breast on Sunday night 17th March 2024. Also Sarah Jane had a massive crush on me and she really liked me a lot from there as well.

We had dinner whilst we stayed at RACV Goldfields. The food was delicious and great value for money. Shared the slow cooked lamb shoulder with veggies and mac n cheese. For desert we had the chocolate share platter. Wonderful service especially from Glenda and Bradley. We’ll definitely be back.

My partner and I just had the most wonderful dining experience here at Three Founders. Service was wonderful, meals were exceptional! Although the menu was quite small and limited, when asked, the chef created me the most amazing, hearty and tasty vegan meal I could ever have hoped for.

We had 3 amazing dinners at Three Founders while staying at the nearby Accor / Sebel Apartments for our mini honeymoon. The meals were absolutely delicious and we looked forward to trying something new from the menu each evening. We cannot speak more highly of the restaurant team particularly David, Jay and (maybe it was) Adrian who made each evening perfect. We watched them interacting with other diners and they are exceptional. We would and have recommended the restaurant to others and can’t wait to return for an anniversary.

Superb dining, great quality food, generous serves, complimented by professional and attentive staff.

Had my husband's 50th Birthday there, the food was amazing, The lamp shoulder is highly recommended .. the team was very very friendly, they presented the cake I brought in a very nice way, Glenda is the best, she added heaps of fun to the event, she sang with us and took some photos - Glenda is the BEST!

One of the best foodie experiences I’ve had in a looong time! We had the steak and risotto with their signature chocolate mouse dessert; each was mouthwatering beyond expectations.

Amazing delicious food good value for money. Staff are new but friendly and has a lovely atmosphere.
David is especially friendly and accommodating.
The specials are our go to as the food is always different and tasty.
