Completed my certificate 4 in disability and Warner were great with supporting my goals and skills. Christine parks the teacher I had was great and understood what I needed to do. Thank you Warner for helping me to achieve my goals of becoming a disability worker.

have been extremely happy with the experience I have had with Warner Institute. I have been able to do the work really well and I have been given the best support when I have needed it.

The teacher has been absolutely amazing to have to teach us and I have loved every put of the course. I have also been able to meet lots of new class mates and we all have been able to help each other when needed.

I would highly recommend Warners services to others. I have had an amazing experience.

Great Institute! Very flexible with the sessions, especially if you're a full time worker. Program managers are very kind, supportive and understanding. I was fortunate enough to complete my Diploma during this pandemic and the support received from my Program Manager made the experience very smooth.

A great training organisation that really cares about quality outcomes for its students.

I have very recently completed cert 4 in disability. I find the organization great to deal with majority of the time, there were a few instances where I had to contact regarding not receiving some paperwork but a quick call and was amended. As a adult learning this was unusual for me to be schooled via internet but letting trainer ans Warner know this they were accommodating. I would recommend to friends & family if they were wanting to pursue any of the courses Warner have available. I would like to thank my trainer for his guidance, dedication and persistence on helping us to accomplish our goal.

Have been going back and forth since February trying to enroll. Was told I would receive all the necessary paperwork before all response from the organisations stopped. I’ve called and left messages and emailed several times with no response. The start date for the course has now passed. 3 months of time wasted and now it’s too late to enroll with another organisation until next year.

Where do I begin..
. Unrealistic, dry, out-of-date and irrelevant content of study - I literally cannot apply anything from my course into real life work situation
. Unorganised - there were instances where students did not received a Zoom link for online classes and had to ring up the institute on the scheduled class date. Also there “blended class” is a bit weird, where half of the class attend face-to-face and the other half attend online through Zoom.
. Poor communication - students email will go unresponded and forgotten. Rarely any feedback on the assignments that students submit. I have reached the end of my course for 2 months now and I have not heard back from the institute regarding my graduation.
The lost goes on but I just leave it here :)

Before my course started I was applying for rpl. One of the rpl educators (MD) was very hostile towards me and was bullying me to stop pursuing a rpl I was over qualified for. She was so rude that she didn't want to work with me to finalise the last documents needed for the rpl to be accepted. During the end of the conversation she was talking over me and she was yelling at me.This made me very upset. I could not start this course if this is how they treat students.
I could go into other areas of concern that would be red flags for people considering this institute but this was my main reason. The lack of respect they have for students.
My advice is dont give them your bank detail unless you are 100% certain they are supporting you in your education.

Couldn't finish trainer expected you to understand even tho it's been 10+ years since schooling. Horrific experience
