Always find something in Pollyanna! Great selection and the girls there are always so lovely. I make sure I go every time I'm down in Philip Island.

I always find something to buy in this little gem of a shop whenever I’m down on the island. I find the staff give helpful advice and feedback when I try things on to help me decide.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, great range of clothes

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Staff were arrogant. All staff including customers wore their masks under their nose instead of on. Not good quality of garments either. Don't waste your time going in.

Really rude and abrupt worker. She was really rude and not very welcoming. Very unhelpful and really sarcastic. Wasn’t a nice experience on a first holiday back down at the Island.

An item I had just bought ripped and instead of offering a refund or store credit the only option I had was letting them fix it! Was not happy with the service.

Not that friendly. The shop manager was very distracted and the whole shopping experience was very clinical which I didn’t expect from this type of small local boutique shops. Very disappointed.

Owner is rude, doesn’t bother with simple pleasantries, only interested in chatting with her friends and fixing her severely overstuffed racks.

Incredibly rude staff. And overpriced cheap quality clothing.
