I shop here regularly due to the excellent styling service the staff provide. They are friendly, accomodating and never fail to ensure that I am fully satisfied with every purchase. They always go to great lengths from suppliers, to ensure I get the size i need (if it is no longer available in store). That's what I call excellent customer service :-)

Went in to this store with my friend and quite frankly couldn't believe how great the service was. it reminded me of what service used to be. The reason why I am reviewing them is because I believe that we must support small business and when you see the real care and attention she received I had to give them a big thumbs up!! 10/10, for an amazing selction of beautiful attire.

I have previously purchased several unique pieces, however I have given two stars today due to the poor customer service.

I noted if a regular customer enters the store a particular staff member at the Beaumaris store blatantly ignores other customers present.

Such a shame how many sales have been missed!!

Agree with Melanie. The owner is not helpful at all with online purchases. Do not purchase from this store. I have three children under 3 and she told me I had to drive out to her store to get an exchange, wouldn’t be surprised if she goes out of business soon as all of her items can be purchased elsewhere with better service.

edit - so now you want me to drive 3 hours to PHILLIP ISLAND? No thanks. I'll buy online, just not from here.

Don’t buy online from this boutique. They won’t exchange after 7 days which is impractical for online purchases when things need to be picked up from the post office and tried on (even if they can easily sell the the unworn item you’re trying to exchange because it’s sold out Australia wide)

The lady who owns this store is very unprofessional and aggressive.
I will never shop in this shop again, I would prefer to purchase from someone with manners
