Dello Mano

Oh Dello Mano, how we love you! If it were possible to give six stars I would have no hesitations in doing so. Some might consider you a little expensive at first but all such concerns disappear upon placing one of your truly awe inspiring, handmade designer brownie's in one's mouth. These alone would warrant a five star rating but your incredibly friendly, customer-centric service is an added bonus. Oh, I probably should mention that the coffee here is great too.

Very cute and fancy dessert cafe in New Farm. All sweets that you see including the cakes are premium handmade.

Delicious coffee and the small serving of a brownie is a sweet bonus. The chocolate mousse cake was absolutely lovely!

I was the receiver of an absolutely gorgeous luxury parcel with the most exquisite rich brownies - each wrapped beautifully and each different. The parcel and contents could not have been more impressive … it was such a surprise. Trust me, these brownies are so amazing - and even one goes a long way! I only recommend when something has highly impressed me - and this business has. Recommend!!!!

Ordered the Raspberry Milkshake Cake for my friend's 50th birthday. It looked amazing and tasted absolutely delicious. It was a white chocolate mud cake and it was really moist. I would highly recommend Della Mano cakes, we were not disappointed.

I was able to order this lovely brownie cake at 10:00am and pick it up at 2:00pm thanks to Bien who made sure I got the right cake, size and was able to pick it up from the factory so I could have it right away.
Allen, who made the cake for me was so lovely and re-made the name plaque for twice as I didn't express the spelling very well!

The staff are very welcoming and nice. They have vegan options which are delicious! Definitely one of my favorite places in Brisbane.

This place is amazing. For a couple of dollars extra you get a dessert orders of magnitude better than a standard dessert you'd get in a cafe or dessert chain store. Their cakes are richer than you could believe, delightfully varied, and leave you feeling clean afterwards.

Very tasty and delicious, highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth.

I went to their store in the city yesterday morning to buy a cake, and there was a wide variety of different flavours! I’ve only tried their brownies before, but the staff was kind enough to descriptively explain each flavours to help me choose, and I ended up getting the Chocolate Milkshake cake! We all enjoyed it very much, so thanks for your help! Will be coming back again

Could not be more in love with Dello Mano! Well worth the price. We buy hampers regularly through my work for client gifts - their brownies and assorted treats make fantastic gifts for any occasion. If you have a special event or birthday, their cakes are heavenly.

An absolute pleasure and a treat to buy from Dello Mano.

My other half got my in June a Pavlova for my birthday which was to die for, so I decided why look anywhere else and bought the Belgian Chocolate Mousse for his birthday in August, and on both occassions the quality of the cakes have been above and beyond what I could hope for. As in, they're the benchmark.

To boot, receiving an email thanking for business from Deborah, with a brief explanation of how this supports such niche focused artisan cake business gave me warm and fuzzy feelings.

I will definitely be going to Dello Mano going forward.

Ordered the Divine Belgian Chocolate Mousse Cake and I must say it is one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The different styles in which chocolate has been incorporated in this cake is just amazing. I reccomend this cake shop and in my opinion it is the #1 cake shop in Brisbane.

Wow!! As a a local family business here in Brisbane we were hosting an event for the local family business community to celebrate our 50th year. Out of the blue, arrived an incredible selection of their hand made brownies with a hand written note from Deborah! It was such a wonderful gesture from some body who I have never met! As I sit down to enjoy a cheeky espresso and walnut one with my morning tea I know next time I am in New Farm I will introducing myself. Thank you for such a beautiful unexpected gift. We recently ordered some client Christmas gifts through Dello Mano and not only were the products delicious but also beautifully presented. The customer service we received throughout the whole ordering and delivering process was second to none and I can't thank Deborah and the Dello Mano team for the lovely products. We look forward to using them in the future.

I would like to share our experience with the wonderful staff at Dello Mano.My best friend had ordered her wedding cake in July 2021 to be delivered on the 19th November 2021 the morning of the wedding the person making the cake informed my friend they couldn't make the cake ordered. I called Dello Mano spoke to Evelyn explained the situation and if they could possibly help out. Evelyn told me would do there best to make the wedding cake given the short time frame. The wedding cake turned out spectacular and was the talk of the wedding. In my oppinion the Dello Mano staff went out of there way to help us out and deliver a spectacular cake, saved my best friends wedding.
I would highly recommend Dello Mano for any of your special cake needs, they are truly artists with what they can create.

Dello Mano is absolutely fantastic & would recommend them 100%. I ordered a personalised cake from them for my friends 19th birthday and the service was wonderful from the staff! I picked up the cake a little ahead of my scheduled pick up time and it was all ready to go- and the cake was perfect! Absolutely delicious, rich and flavoursome! Unbelievably disappointed.. I contacted the owners directly with a photo and they handled my concern with the utmost professionalism.
They had no idea this standard of croissant was going out their doors. They have assured me that the issue will be addressed at cafe level at all their cafes.
Otherwise the ambience in their stores is delightful.

Highly recommend! I organised a cake last minute through Dello Mano over the weekend. The team at Dello Mano went above and beyond to organise the cake to be specially made and ready in time for the party. The whole process from order to collection was seamless. The cake looked incredible and was delicious! Thanks again!

The Dello Mano team are magic! The cakes are elegant, sweet and oozing with bakers love, creating a delicate texture for the palate. Each cake is a work of art, and you won't appreciate it fully until it is right in front of you. @dellomano has some amazing pics on Insta. If you like amazing brownies, cupcakes, chocolate or cakes this is the only place you need to go to.
