Paul recently built an S Works Tarmac for me. The guy is an absolute legend and the work completed was flawless. If there was an issue or he needed to ask a question he would discuss it with me and nothing was a problem. The team at total rush are all so lovely, I buy most things from them now and will do maintenance through them going forward. Thanks again Paul! Always going above and beyond.

Great customer service and convenient location near Richmond Station.
I was pleasantly surprised when they were willing to service my bike even though I hadn't purchased my bike directly from them.
It goes to show that they have great expertise when it comes to servicing different types of bikes.
I had originally booked for an eBike service but they advised that since my bike wasn't purchased directly through them, they'll switch it to a different service instead, even though the price was less expensive. It really goes to show the high integrity they hold and great trust that they're able to establish.
Quality of service is great, my brakes work great.
it was fantastic that they called me to ask for my permission to switch out parts before going ahead with the works and they were transparent with the pricing.
Would definitely recommend and will be going back to them for future services.

I purchased my bike here and have had it serviced a few times since. The bike is fantastic. The service, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff here make it worth the hassle for me to bring my bike back here. I tried using 99bikes, which is closer and more convenient. But they messed up the service and didn't really have much idea about Specialized bikes like Total Rush do.

Super nice and helpful team. Happily answered all my noob questions without making me feel silly or out of place. The effort put in to having my new bike ready for the weekend, and the included bike fitting session were really appreciated. I can't recommend this store and the staff highly enough

Bought a pair of S Works Torch cycling shoes online but needed to call the store for a few questions regarding returns and postage tracking. Staff were very helpful and courteous, delivery was sent quickly and arrived at my door in Queensland within a week. The shoes are great, of course

Had a bike fit with Jay from Total Rush - 5/5. Lovely guy, knows everything but explains it simply for a layman like me. Felt like I got full value for the session. They also take a pragmatic approach to suggesting changes (eg reasonably pushing for a new saddle, but just labelling other adjustments as “nice to have/optional”), which I really appreciated.
Would recommend and would go back.

Picked up a Cervelo Soloist from Total Rush yesterday and had an initial fitting done with Jay. Him and the rest of the Total Rush team provided such great customer service and guidance so much so that I decided to purchase other items from them as well. Will highly recommend anyone who’s either wanting or already into cycling to come see the team!
