Burnie Plaza Pharmacy

Went in looking for pain relief for my daughters i asked the lady that was working being the script counter if they had any she said they didn't but offered to pop across the road to the other chemist to see if they had what we were after so my partner and I didn't have to take our children outside in the cold it definitely bought a tear to my eyes and she was so patient in letting my eldest daughter pick the flavour we will definitely be back for all our pharmaceutical needs

Loove this pharmacy. Friendly workers and always walk in with them smiling. Always a great help and great environment to be in waiting for scripts 🙂

Great little pharmacy with a great staff

LOVE this pharmacy. Always stock my gluten free meds and vitamins and they don't accidentally sell specially ordered items to other customers, as happened with my old pharmacy. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Disappointing. The pharmacist didn't ask what I wanted antinausea medication for just a list of reasons I couldn't have any which was delivered in such a belittling manner my partner actually walked out of the store mid conversation. I don't mind he couldn't provide them to me, there are many other pharmacies I can go to, but no one should be speaking to others this way in any capacity let alone one that most imagine should be offering some level of care and compassion. I certainly won't go back.

Horrible pharmacy. Worst opening hours and never have anything I need. Staff are not professional or helpful at all. If wanting a professional pharmacy I suggest Pharmacy 4 Less across the road or Health Save Wilkinson's Pharmacy a block away on Wilson and Wilmot Streets.
