I've been getting food for my old boy here for a few years and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. Bonnie in particular has been so helpful with tips for my puppy including putting pigs ears in the freezer to help with teething which has been a life saver!! Ollie and I will miss her big smile and the chats

So Friendly and was very helpful everytime i have been in the shop, highly recomend shopping here. All the staff are so good with my American Staffy Compton! He gets so much loving from the amazing staff everytime we pop in. And i always leave satisfied with all my purchases

Absolutely great store. The staff are wonderful and are very helpful, especially their manager, Bonnie. As a fellow cat owner, she has been very helpful with advice and tips on raising cats, of which I am still new to.

Visited My Pet Warehouse needing supplies for a really young kitten that had been separated from their mother. Bonnie went above and beyond to help ensure I had all of the necessities and also took the time to explain and educated me on various important aspects on caring for the kitten. It was really obvious that Bonnie is passionate about the care and health of all animals and is extremely knowledgeable. Thankyou for your help!

We visited My Pet Warehouse with our anxious 18month old dog who was barking non stop. We start talking to the store Manager, Bonnie who was incredible and within 5mins created a calm and safe environment for our dog. Bonnie gave us amazing tips and advice for him and we can’t wait to go back and visit! Thanks Bonnie you’re the best!!

10/10 experience! So impressed with the service I received from manager Bonnie. I needed a new tag & collar engraved for my dog- she helped me with this over the phone and online. When I accidentally paid for postage she gladly fixed it back to Click & Collect- all within the hour and even called me back. I was really grateful!!! Love this place- great range and best service. I want to say I had a great experience here with your staff member Erica. Gave me great advice, talked me through options and ultimately solved my problem (a chronic hairballing issue with my cat!) Thanks Erica. I'll be coming back since all the staff at this store are great.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide considered advice when asked. The vibe in the Northcote store is perfect and the prices are excellent plus my mini schnauzers love the food!

...I rarely felt the need to leave feedback for the service I have received, but Bonnie at My Pet Warehouse Northcote is a shining example of what retail should/could be -

The very first time I came in, it was just on closing time, and I had just had the most stressful day... And despite that most likely being written all across my face - her demeanor was so friendly, professional and helpful, it completely turned my mood around - she was forthcoming with suggestions, and helped me find the product I needed, and never once gave me an impression of "sorry, I just work here" which seems to be standard lately.

As such, I cancelled my repeat orders with Petbarn and now deal exclusively with Bonnie! 👍 Seeing lots of other similar comments here does not surprise me at all!

Thanks so much to Bonnie for helping me out with my cat food and litter. Such a lovely experience, really made my day

Bonnie at high St Northcote store was fantastic! She was so helpful and informative. Bonnie even helped me carry my 13kg bag of dog food to my car of which I was so thankful.

Staff were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Really happy vibe in the store. A better range of quality products and brands than Petstock who only push their own products and where it’s often a hassle for some of their staff to assist you.
