Your receptionist Tam called me moments after I had logged the job with my maintenance team with a choice of times - Tam was so bubbly and friendly.

Michael one of the team rang to offer me an earlier time as they had finished a job and could fit me in.

Great communication and even better in person, Olly turned up with a smile, very cheerful and respectful attitude, extremely professional and super neat and tidy, left his boots at the front door (unlike a few tradies I’ve experienced who don’t mind traipsing thru ones house leaving a mess)

Olly assessment and expert knowledge had him off to the supplier in a jiffy and the job was done.

He also fitted some stoppers (can’t remember what he called them sorry) for extra security for the hot/cold taps!

Thank You Olly for the great energy you turned up with it was a delight to meet such a personable and professional young man who clearly loves his work!

Brown and Son's schedule was shuffled to deal with my major water leaks....John the Plumber resolved the issues and replaced damaged shower set up and tap washers. He had a pleasant and professional manner. A very good trades' experience from my position.

After waiting two weeks with dodgy hot water leak supposedly behind asbestos wall, and waiting for asbestos removal, this company found leak under floor in completely different spot, and fixed it within two days, including removal of asbestos as ell. Lovely fellows and very proficient. So grateful.

PROLOGUE: When you mention trades to us, tension goes high. Dealing with trades is like playing poker. There are ones whose skills are honed; ones who has mastered a degree from their brochures; and ones that are paid magicians — because they magic a problem for them to solve, which you then have to pay for. So when we meet a good tradesmen we rave about them, because no good advertising is as good as word of mouth.

Our postman saw me one time with a long face and I told him a storey of a plumbing company who scammed us thousands for a blockage they created themselves. Next morning when I checked the mailbox there was a small piece of paper, written “PLUMBER: BROWNS & SONS”. Our water heater broke in the middle of winter so we decided to try them.. Could not be any happier with their prompt service, communication, and honest customer service! Transaction was a breeze. The only thing we regret is that we were not able to put this review up any sooner. More power to your business.

We got our laundry and toilet fully renovated and are very happy with the job.
The guy who did the job (Paul) was very helpful even before the job began helping us out with advice on where to get cabinetry and answering all of our questions as we chose to supply all materials ourselves.
He was an absolute legend onsite and we are very happy with the finished product.
Will definatley consider them for future renovation works.

I had Ollie come out From Brown Plumbing to look at my shower. They were the best company I have ever dealt with reliable efficient and so kind.

This is one of the best plubming services I have ever had. Anton and his staff Jonny are great. They helped me locate and repair a burst pipe that had been leaking under concrete paving. That was a challenging and hard job but excellently done.

Once again we had outstanding service from these guys!
Ollie fixed our old shower taps and replaced our very old shower head and brought our bathroom into the 21st century.

Great to deal with, and great quality work. Ollie came for an inspection and quote and discussed a number of options to resolve the stormwater issues that we were having, and identified a number of additional issues that we might want to look at. A couple of days later, Ollie came back to complete the work - his attention to detail is second to none, he was professional and left the site clean and tidy. Will definitely be calling Brown and Son Plumbing if we ever need more plumbing work done.
