Purchased some new Aquila shoes today and received fantastic service from Hayden!
He was efficient and knowledgeable without being pushy even though I spent over an hour in store.
Seriously helpful, friendly and personable.
Who do I speak to, to recommend a pay rise!!

Having worked in retail for 10 years myself, I can confidently say that the level of service provided by Hayden and Vinnie at the Rundle Place store far exceeded anything I've experienced. They both went above and beyond to help me select the perfect pair of shoes as a wedding gift for my friend.

I purchased my wedding shoes from Hayden at this store. He went above and beyond to order in the right shoe for me. He personally kept me updated with the status of my shoes and held them aside for me when I was too busy to come in. It took me weeks and weeks to come back in to purchase them. Hayden kept calling me and keeping them on hold for me.

Great service at this place. Every time I visit it's because I need something. I've always been helped in finding what I'm after and the prices are reflective of the quality of their products. It is obviously a bonus if you can stock up when they have customer loyalty sales or general sales.
