I came in with my bike basket held on by one screw and they fixed it up free of charge! Brought my bike in for a service the following week and it was serviced at a great price and efficiently. A super friendly team passionate about what they do and the community!

Fantastic service from Michael this morning when he fixed my chain and set up my Di2 after my rear derailleur was ripped off by my chain. He also checked and found that my cassette was loose and best of all he did not charge me an arm and a leg to fix my bike on a Sunday😳 I can highly recommend this store for personalised service and advice.

I have been to this shop (Hyde Park) for the first time today to change a pedal, and the guy was really nice. He took the time to change it just before they closed... Really professionnal!
Next time I have to do something on my bike, I will go to this shop, even if it is a little bit far from my place!

Bought my first mountain bike (Kona Roast) here nearly 15 years ago and it's still holding up to this day. Always had it serviced at Standish until a few years ago when I moved away. Regrettably started to use 99 bikes but after three attempts each time having to return to complain about something (one time they put on a new rim and didn't even do the spokes up which was fun to find out when on bike) I simply decided I would rather drive (a lot) further to Standish where I know I am in good hands. Guys are always friendly and have fixed little things for me on the spot free of charge which is always appreciated.

Get my bikes serviced here, they always do a great job.. there’s always a great vibe in the shop when I’m there, recommended!
