Eva, kindly assessed my feet, explained the results brought out a selection of different brands, sizes and widths. She was most helpful, respectful and generous with her time.
Thank you Eva, really appreciate the guidance and information you provided about the different brands. Really helped me work out what was the best fit for me. Will not hesitate to come back.

Very good customer service. The staff has good knowledge about the importance of wearing a pair of supportive shoes for people who have foot injury.

I always purchase my work and sport shoes here. The staff would carefully measure the feet and provide great advice and recommend great brands.

Excellent staff, didn’t get the name of the person who served us but they helped me find the correct shoe!! Thank you so much to whoever helped me! I used to wear ASICS gel Nimbus 25 2E US 11, only to realise after the 3D scan my size is around US 9-9.5. Tried a few shoes, eventually landed on Saucony Echelon 9 Blue and they were a match in heaven, the lady figured I needed deeper shoes. Initially tried a US 9 but they were a bit tight so went up to 9.5 and boom!, instant satisfaction. A bit pricey but hopefully these shoes last! Thanks again to the lady who helped me out, if you’re reading this I hope you get a promotion or some recognition! :)

Was served and fitted for some new Hokas today. Although the shop was busy, Deacon served and fitted with a great attitude and made it a good experience. Thank you for being such a nice guy Deacon. 5 stars to you. ⭐

Was in there at about 11 this morning and it was busy. Was served by a delightful young lady called Sarah . Her customer service skills put many older folks to shame. Well done! You are a credit to the company.

I went in today to get some new shoes for work and had such a wonderful customer service experience. I look forward to going back.

Visited the store today and was served by Tayla.I bombarded her with questions as was looking for a good walking/running neutral shoe with really good softness and spring.I ended up with the New Balance 1080 and they are by far the spongiest shoes I've ever had on my feet.Thanks Tayla and Atheletes Foot.Be back again 🙏👍

We were very impressed with the Service, attention to details and care to our needs from the staff. The snickers are very comfortable. Not sure how long they will last but the fact that I was able to walk and even dance in them the day I bought them, is worth the money I paid.

I had a good experience there. I was looking to buy some sports sneakers, and customer service went above and beyond to find the right sneakers for me. They helped with measuring the accurate size of my feet, and they were very patient with my questions. Good job.

Thursday night, I was served by Keaton. I found his manner and customer service skills impeccable. With a store full of people, he gave me his undivided attention. It is people like that which you hire is the reason that I have been a customer for so many years.

I have bought the same type of shoes from the Athletes Foot store at Modbury for many years and never had any problems however the last pair split all the stitching on one shoe on one side not long after purchasing them.
I took them back and after photos were sent to the shoe rep they were replaced at no charge with no fuss
Thanks to Jude and the other Staff who made this happen with smiles and politeness at all times. Well done

Great service and advice from Lachlan. He was quick and chose a good selection of shoes, and was very passionate and informed. Had only a slight idea of what I was after so discussed this with him, had my feet measured and the walk and pressure tests done and was out of there 15 minutes later with a new pair of shoes. Would definitely go back for my next pair.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I mainly dealt with Geoff who was extremely helpful and patient. His product knowledge was second to none. I advised him of the problems I have had with running shoes and he listened and gave me his recommendations based on what I had told him and he persevered with a genuine desire to help until I was totally satisfied. Great work. I will be back!

The staff are well informed about their product and there is a great range to.chooae from. I've recently visited here twice and bought shoes for myself and my son.

Had a great experience here today. I’ve bought NB runners from the AF for many years with zero issues. This week I noticed my new pair of fresh foams, (a month old) had lost adhesion of the grip to the sole of the shoe. The team replaced the shoes on the spot and were so easy to deal with. I could not be happier.

Went in today to get a more supportive shoe for work and Holly was amazing. Very informative, friendly and talked me through the whole process. 10/10 experience

Visited and bought a pair of the Brooks beast 20 .Had enough with other oppositions asking up to $1500 for a pair. The staff are so caring and genuine in the way they actually reach out and treat you as a human being. Thanks for your help
