I was there this morning to buy a bike for myself as a senior citizen after not having ridden since my early teens.

When I saw the Sage coloured vintage classic plus ladies bike with the charming rattan basket, it was love at first sight! Only $300 and comes with free lights and 2 free service.

The young man with the curly hair and spectacles was so friendly and helpful and gave me all the advice I needed.

It was a very pleasant experience and I love my new bike!

I purchased a Reid Urban X3 with a service plan last year. The sales person was great, and able to answer all of my questions.

I've taken the bike back for it's first service, and was greeted with great customer service again.

Friendly, expert service with great attention to detail. Both Tim and Georgie took time to really understand our context, to ensure we had the right bikes and accessories for our needs. There was no pushy salesmanship either. I'd absolutely recommend Reid Adelaide for all your cycling needs.

Great service by young person that knew everything that was needed and was able to help with selection and make the process of buying a new bike a very pleasant one. The price and quality of the cycle is excellent compared to others we have looked at.

We have 4 Reid bikes in our family. They have been very reliable and excellent value for money. The team at the store in Adelaide have always been helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are buying a new bike, why not buy one that has been designed in Australia!

We had a great experience at Reid Cycles. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. They covered the details and listened to what we were after. Am very happy with the hybrid bike we purchased. It is a quality feeling bike just right for my needs at a reasonable price. I feel I could go back for any further help or accessories and to ask questions.

Today I wandered down to Reid Cycles in Adelaide and bought myself a fixed gear bike to spin around our city. Whilst I was once an avid and experienced rider, I hadn't cycled since the beginning of the pandemic (formerly lived in Melbourne), and I was back to being a novice at all things bikes.

I knew I wanted a fixed gear but, I was also interested in a commuter bike, so I wanted to use the team member at Reid as my sounding board. After speaking with Tim at the store, he explained the differences between each of the fixed gear bikes Reid stocked, offered for me to take them for a spin (I decided not to try it and just bought the one I wanted) and adjusted the seat height to ensure the frame size was matched to my height.

Tim answered all the questions I had about each individual part, and understood that I'd probably customize the bike with some custom bars, rims, etc... in future, so he explained the sizes and how it would work with standard sizes for each part.

I opted for the Reid Blackhawk Fixie as it had the best frame, great build quality, and could be single gear or fixed gear. Tim and Saleem checked and tightened the bikes brakes, pumped the tires, and installed some additional items I purchased too.

Overall a great experience with both Tim and Saleem, and the bike so far.

I rode the Reid Blackhawk Fixie home (about 2.5kms) and it was incredible - great pace, awesome handling, and the feel between the peddle and the road is so much better on a fixie than a geared bike. Great experience, no regrets, and an awesome bike :)

Spoke to a legend over the phone (if I remember correctly his name was Kieren) about a bike within the range; he was honest about the product and lead me in the direction of a more suitable bike which was also a newer model for the same price. 4 months into ownership and I've had no problems with the bike and it's amazing to ride ! I'd been into Reid some time ago and thought the bikes looked really good value. Read some of the other reviews, particularly about service. My experience was nothing but perfect. Quickly attended to. No hyped sales spiel. Objective comparison of models, friendly, knowledgeable sales person. Bought on the spot, great discount, checked, serviced and out the door on my new bike within half an hour. This was on a busy Saturday with a store full of other shoppers. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend Reid Cycles for budget bikes with luxury service. Thanks for the great customer care, Ritchie. Much appreciated.

I needed some very minor adjustments to my bike, as I had a fall over the weekend. The guys were fantastic, in that they fixed up my bike in no time, but also asked if I was ok. I was so pleased, thanks so much. Highly recommend the staff at Reid for great service and genuine advice.

So incredibly impressed with the service we received when purchasing our two bikes. They were extremely friendly and answered all our questions with the ease of true professionals. Absolutely adore my new bike and am so excited to take it on many adventures! Would definitely recommend buying a bike through these guys, was an awesome experience!

Great bike shop! Very open to questions from beginners, won't try and sell you a more expensive bike than you need. Bike set up well and rides very nice.

Really good service and great value bikes! Got served by one of your awesome staff members Darren on the weekend, who fitted me up for a road bike. He insisted that the bike I was looking at was not my size, which was really good rather than just getting me on the bike and out of there. So I ordered and was given a time frame of when to expect it and went in on that date to see if it was ready. The bike was only just delivered and hadn't been assembled, but they managed to smash it out by the end of the day. Really great customer assistance from the guys here.

Also to all the hardcore cyclists that bag out Reid on here, their bikes are the best bang for your buck ever. Quality parts, good frames all built well. If you want a carbon fibre super bike then why don't you remortgage your house and get one....

I purchased a vintage cruiser bike for my daughter from the Adelaide store. As we live in different states, paid for it online and she was able to collect it from ADElaide store.
The staff I spoke to while arranging this were very helpful. I was concerned that it might be a problem since it was a different person collecting the bike so I gave the store a quick call. They were very helpful and my daughter was able to collect her new bike, which she loves!
Thank you for your service once again. This is the fourth bike we have purchased through Reid.
My only complaint was that I was unable to use my Reid VIP card code when purchasing this bike. Not sure why? Maybe because it was a preorder?

Huge shout out to the incredibly professional and helpful Stan, Robbie and Selim at Reid Cycles. Not only do they service my bike like pros, they also give great advice on bike maintenance. I have been to quite a few bike places in the city and these guys win hands down. Highly recommended!

I bought a 3speed Harrier-3 for $450. It's done 5000km, it's climbed easily to 725m altitude & has performed faultlessly. It's very comfortable for my commutes and shopping & is a great alternative to my Carbon Fibre bike. It steers beautifully & tracks like a Tram on downhills and irons out all the bumps. The only thing I need to do is replace the chain after 5000km

We just arrived in Adelaide and we were in search of two bikes to get around in the city and the surroundings. We found them very quickly due to a friendly and competent store assistant.
The bikes were assembled quite quickly. Compared to other bikestores the price- performance ratio is very good and they offer a good customer service. We only did one ride so far, but until now we’re really satisfied.

Good quality bikes at very affordable prices. Looking for my first road bike I was able to get something much more competitively priced with similar or better components than at the big brand bike stores. Service was helpful and I appreciated being able to take a test ride when I was trying different models.
