Giant Adelaide

I wanted to express my gratitude for the Giant team in Adelaide. These guys provide awesome service and it’s clear they aren’t just doing it to make a sale, they actually care and want people to enjoy riding bikes just as much as they do.
They have gone out of their way to get products in for me that they don’t stock and they have also shown a massive support for getting more women involved in riding bikes.

I have regularly been visiting Giant Adelaide for all my servicing and bike needs. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and most importantly honest.

On multiple occasions I have needed servicing at last minute completed quickly to which they have done for me. They always ring should they need to do anything extra to confirm with me beforehand.

Their service goes above and beyond and is why I will continue to use their store and services.

The store has a great range of Rapha cycling clothes as well as nutrition. It's always enjoyable to wander around and have a look at their great range of bikes on display as well.

Thank you to the whole team at Giant Adelaide for keeping my bike running smooth. The team is always up for a chat and provide a friendly and enjoyable experience. Thanks also for all of your support for my own personal cycling endeavours. Cheers!

Friendly & knowledgeable staffs. Bought a saddle & some other items when I went back home to Adelaide. Can't wait to head there again, browse & ask some questions again. Good local bicycle shops are hard to come by where I'm living now.

Great bunch of knowledgeable and friendly staff. They stock the best of the best and stand behind their products. Easily answered any questions and gave experience based advice to someone such as myself who was getting their first ever drop bar bike. Will be my go to shop for all things "bike" from here on out.

Recently been getting my ebike serviced here. The business has recently changed owners and service is definitely better than before (not that it was too bad before it's just better now for sure). Multiple times these guys have gone above and beyond for me ultimately ending up with me being handed bills literally hundreds of dollars less than I am expecting/dreading. Recently even after I OK'd an expensive part to be ordered in the workshop/warranty manager (Michael) sensed my pain and went back to the supplier and was ultimately able to source a more suitable part hundreds of $ less. This is a guy who truly cares about customer service and looking after the customer and that is a big reason as to why I'm going out of my way to write this review. Good, local businesses like this one deserve our support !

This is now my 'go-to' bike store. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They cater for a range of riding experiences. Prices are excellent and they are always keen to help. Highly recommended.

Arrived just before their closing time after getting a flat tyre. Both staff members were kind and helpful.
Previously had a really good experience as well. Really appreciate the service here and would recommend to others.
