Coles Balcatta

Love my local. Reno's look awesome. Always friendly staff. Manager is a good bloke. Always asking how everyone is. Could do with another person on checkout but overall very good, clean and tidy store.

I love the new fitout, very clean and modern , the only thing I don't like is the self serve checkouts and I also don't like them at joondalup Coles either and will demand someone does it at a checkout when I have a large shop.

Melisa helped make my visit memorable and delivered great customer service.

Staff are diligent and hard working, friendly and I hope they are fully valued by their management.

Update: Going through renovations so very claustrophobic,no deli section any more. Cramped aisles. Hope the renovation goes quickly as to return it to normal.

I was short a dollar on a $15 purchase and was embarassed that I had to put one of my items back to cover cost. The manager behind the check out says "Don't worry mate I got you" and promptly proceeds to use his apple watch to pay for it all! After thanking him and telling him he really didn't have to he said "It's Christmas man don't worry" I wish I asked his name so I could recommend his generosity to his management but I forgot to ask in my shock! Needless to say I will be returning and paying him back with a gift as well!! Thank you kind manager and I hope you too have a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!

I have been doing 'Click and Collect' and it's always easy to park in the allocated spots. Dion who brings the shopping to my car is very friendly and helpful. Good range of products. I then park in a car park in order to go to other shops. It's a great shopping centre and not too big.

Sometimes while I'm travelling wanneroo rd and want to get in and out of a Coles quickly and not too busy I stop here out of conveience more than anything else. Usually get a park that's close and I never find the place too busy. Same again today in and out quickly as a flash.

It's a big store takes Up most of the mall. Big selection of fesh provisions and general merchandise and some great specials. Lots of parking with 2 service stations within the parking complex

Great staff and good shopping. They are ALWAYS willing to help the elderly and people like me with disabilities. They are ALWAYS polite and I haven't met one member of staff that isn't helpful. The young and not so young staff are helpful etc. Shoppers are, for the most, willing to help others and I believe some of that is because of the attitude of the staff. Great Coles store . To my surprise the Meat and Chicken supply is Top Range . Always well stocked now and lots of easy parking . And right on our way home .Bonus. Fresh bread and really easy parking ...

I love Coles northlands the staff are all so sweet and friendly. The Coles store is always well stocked and extremely clean. They have amazing prices and always a great deal to have. I exclusively shop now only at Coles. I have never had a product that was off and the Coles home brand products are such excellent quality and the prices are amazing. I moved here 4 years ago from a shop that I had been part of the community of for many years. I never thought that at Coles balcatta would ever make me feel like I was in a community. Slowly I have come to know a few of the staff who are so genuinely kind and always a smile to say hello. I really do appreciate there efforts at Coles and highly recommend this store. Thanks especially to Bev, Alison, Dion and the many staff that keep us fed and looked after. Leisa Brady

Staff are always helpful. Supermarket still has supply issues with several products not available but thats probably COVID-19 border restrictions at work.
