It was a great experience to visit this centre for the first time. Everyone was so helpful and respectful. Special thanks to Mary who sorted out our issue so quick. Mary followed up with a phone call to ensure our issue was resolved. Keep up the good work! People like you make us believe that we chose the best country to move to.

Oh my gosh Lesley helped me so much she’s an actual legend, love her to bits she went above and beyond what I expected I came in expecting nothing and she did all she could to help what a hero

Went in with a client after lots and lots of messing around with his payments.
Three ladies including the caseworker all worked together to sort out what went wrong, and to restore his payment once and for all.
Their customer service in a time of frustration was amazing. Extremely helpful, and efficient. One of the ladies, worked on his case throughout the day and inbetween her appointments, reading through all the notes to clean up and correct the errors flagged by the system.

We had the best experience with a lady named Natalie at the Midland branch. She was so helpful and friendly, being our first time there we were very happy with our service from her. The reception lady not so much. Thank you Natalie

Pleasantly surprised. Computers were down, so I expected the worse. Lines moved fast and was very organized. I got Bill who helped me replace my medicare card. He went above and beyond, explained the app, Huge smile. Very helpful.

Waiting for my girlfriend afterwards, a security card walked across the entire building to unlock the toilets for me without me asking.

Helpful staff all around. I wont dread having to go here.

Although parking was awful. The staff there is amazing!
They are friendly and very efficient. I was out of there in 15 minutes.
They take their time to make sure you have understood everything.
Most importantly the place doesnt have a long queue like other centres. Would give it a 6 out of 5 if I could!!

Today I presented to Midland and waited about 30minutes and saw a wonderful person Courtney who very kindly updated my application gave me information I would need to proceed etc In a nutshell I am so grateful for her empathy given the circumstances Thanks alot

I was dealt with reasonably quickly and very courteously. Very very helpful, tried everything they could to sort out my problem, a positive experience all in all, which came as a very pleasant surprise.Thank you and well done guys, credit where credit is due!

Really dread having to go into Centrelink but our visit to the Midland office yesterday was a very positive experience... Reasonable wait time and the young lady who dealt with us was extremely polite, helpful and for us most importantly, patient.... Thank you and sorry we forgot your name....

I hate the music when you wait to be spoken to 3/4 hr waiting. music is supposed to sooth you not make you aggro. I think my lift crashed different tunes would help not one over & over.
