McDonald's Secret Harbour

We went here quite early during school days so there werent a lot of people. But usually this place gets packed especially the drive thru. Its quite easy to order as there are terminals and if you prefer counter orders then that can be done as well.

The food was quick and they adhered to our orders not having cheese. Simple things like that can make your day when you get picky with ingredients in your food.

Overall, always happy to visit this place. My kids love it when they see the massive playground as well and you can treat yourself with some McCafe while waiting for them.

Great staff friendly happy service.
Manager is hands on not stressed very good working with her staff helpful and happy.
Burgers made with care with good coverage of each element and full chips.
Place was busy it was lunchtime on school holidays.
Outstanding .
This isn't my local but I will be driving here to prevent disappointment elsewhere

By far the best McDonald's I have been to in Perth, always so quick with drive thru and staff are so friendly. The foods always been top quality never had any issues with it. So glad I'm a secret Harbour local!

Just popped in for lunch and saw the manager arrive giving staff instructions to clean etc. Her work is paying off as toilets were spotless and sit down area was cleanest I have ever seen. Meal was delivered in a timely manner with fresh 🍟. Well done team 👏

I have to say that the young man who served my daughter and I at 5am at Warnbro was an absolute gem, he was polite and absolutely explained that there would be a wait for fresh fries, asked if we would like our drinks immediately or with the order when it was ready. I was just impressed and if I was his boss I would give him a raise! I've been going to this maccas for four years and not once have I felt the need to praise a staff member. Good job young man, you're 100% how staff should all be 😁

Writing this review as a doordash driver I don’t think there is any other McDonald’s in perth who deals so good with delivery drivers…

Friendly and efficient staff, the drive through can be busy however the drive thru staff and Mc Café staff do try their best to keep thing's moving fast with a smile.
I does appear to have become the local "hood" hangout, with lots of bored and rude youth hanging around .

I had my son's 7th birthday here yesterday and he had an absolute ball. we hired out the party room at no extra cost and the kids all enjoyed their happy meals 😊

The grand kids love a quick trip to Mecca's, making special memories.

Macca's is great. Their coffee is the best and we love their banana bread. Is our once a week treat.

Using this app to order was easy. I received the order Strat away when I arrived. Nice service and everything was there and it was delicious. Thankyou.

Fast and efficient. Freshly made food and coffee.
Doesn't always happen, but it did today.
Staff were friendly and courteous.

This is legit the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to my favorite meal is big mac meal uprgraded to large with and orange juice. Please don't ever get rid of big macs. If i could live on any resturaunt for the rest of my life it would be macdonalds

Ordered food on self serve. Staff member notified within five mins of food/drink n/a :) changed order and deliver to table within 10mins :) great customer service.
