The lovely gem who helped me with buying my shoes right before close, thank you so much!

I was served yesterday by the most lovely, helpful gentleman. He made exchanging my husbands trainers so easy. I bought him shoes online and ordered the wrong six and was able to change them over in store without any hassle.

The customer service was terrible, the girl at the counter didn't bother to ask if I was ok or say hello. They do have a fantastic range of shoes. Made my purchases elsewhere due to the level of service.

Not sure why I bother going into this shop. Customer service non existent. Wanted to buy shoes and staff don't greet you, never make eye contact and are too busy talking to each other about their weekend to offer any quality service.

Service here is poor. 2 girls behind the counter who can't be bothered helping anyone and are to busy talking about their social life. I bought shoes elsewhere because of this.

Picked pair of shoes that I wanted , asked if they had in my size . Then told that the ticket price was wrong from last sale so they would be normal price not the one on the ticket stuck to shoes 👎👎👎 very poor attitude Should have honored price as it’s the shops fault . Left with out any shoes

Poor customer service, when they messed up my order and I had to go back the chick laughed in my face.
Never purchase from here again unless service becomes more of a priority!
