This Supré store is extremely elevated. The layout is clean, tidy and functional. The girls are consistently friendly and knowledgable on products, they are always happy to go above and beyond for their customers. Stock is laid out beautifully. It’s clear that a lot of efforts goes into keeping this store looking and feeling amazing. Well done ladies! 💕

Shop is neat and tidy but Customer service on a Sunday dosent exist. Apparently standing behind counter on your mobile phone is better than acknowledging those in store or servicing the four customers awaiting assistance. Just lost my business. I was in there to spoil my granddaughter with clothing, another business got my money instead. One which obviously care about customers.

Shocking service. Staff stood on their phone at the counter the whole time. Said ‘hello how are you?’ Didn’t even respond to my question, just continued to scroll through their phone. Even when paying for my items had their phone open in clear view on the till desk. Would kind of expect to a certain degree from a younger person - this women was middle aged and should understand a little more around customer service expectations.

Went here today terrible customer service no service even had to ask for service.... .
Unhelpful and unfriendly staff.
I do not recommend shopping here.
