Essential Beauty & Piercing Midland Gate

Started a review on Saturday but lost it. The young lady training who did my daughters lower helix piercing was extremely gentle and caring and the guy who was teaching her was absolutely wonderful. Kind, calm and patient. Extremely happy with their service on Saturday. And I have one extremely happy daughter. Thank you ❤

My mum and I both had piercings done by Charlotte, and she was amazing! Very informative, patient and such a lovely person! She gave us exactly what we wanted and would love to go back to her for our next piercings! Thanks girl! =)) xx

I've always had a good experience at Essential Beauty in Midland. Especially recently, they had a sign up needing models for waxing and both the women there working, worked so well as a team and I felt completely safe and comfortable during the session. Highly recommend!

I visited Essential Beauty at Midland Gate today for the first time and had my eye brow and upper lip waxing done today by your beautician Teegan who did an amazing job.

She was very gentle when doing the waxing and did a swatch test for the products as I have sensitive skin. While I was not allergic to their normal wax thankfully, I did prefer the sensitive wax as was gentler on my skin and irritated it less.
I will definitely be coming back here in the future. 10/10

Came here for nostril waxing. They managed to fit me in within half an hour of walking in and they were very lovely and precise in making sure I was waxed well and properly. Will definitely return here for waxing again

My daughter wanted an industrial, but the ladies had a look at her ear and said they could do it but there was a risk of it working it's way out eventually due to not enough space. She settled for a Helix above a previous Helix. Thanks so much for your honesty and not just taking our money and doing the industrial anyway, which could have ended up with a nasty scar! we really appreciate the awesome service you give every time. She'll be back for a conch soon!

Travelled an hour so get a few ear piercings (as this is the closest body Piercer to myself)

They were on time and very prompt for the service!

I have Imogen do my piercings- first time meeting her.
She had a very bright and bubbly personality which straight away makes you feel comfortable.
Due the process I had mentioned I had a a fear of needles (one set was getting done with the gun and the other, with a needle) yes, I have other piercings and should be over this, but I’m not 😂 Just work myself up for it and it’s never has bad, as what I had thought!!
Imogen had asked if I had preferred a count down or to just do them- of course I said to just do them!
She talked the whole way through doing them and it caused the perfect distraction! I had forgotten all about getting them done.

Imogen- You’re an asset to Essential Beauty and the Midland Gate team are lucky enough to have you.
Highly recommend to book in with Imogen if you’re a little nervous to head in.

I went with two of my friends to both get helix piercings. We booked back to back appointments and our piercer Hannah was so professional and enthusiastic. She was funny and made us feel comfortable. She adapted to our changes we wanted with our helix piercing positions. She gave us great advice for the healing process. Her work was so good, quick and efficient. Me and my friends can’t recommend her enough. Thankyou Hannah we will be booking in with you again. X

Maria has done two of my nose piercings now and so this is 3 I have and the location of the piercings with the 3 together look awesome , she listens to your wants and with this I’ve received so many compliments . Maria is friendly easy going , advices , but also listens to the wants of the client. I’m also in the hair and beauty industry ( 38 years in fact !) so I know the importance of being professional but also listening to the clients wants. Thanks Maria , I highly recommend you !!

Sooo happy with the service I received today! The staff are so friendly and made me feel welcome as I had my sister and baby with me.
I got a dermal & the male piercer was very professional and patient
I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by a young girl I unfortunately forgot both their names! But she was so pleasant and did a fantastic job I’ll definitely be returning and I love the fact she kept asking if I was happy with the results because not many people care! Been here a couple of times. Had a piercing done and waxing and they are very thorough in talking you through everything and letting you know what they are doing during the piercing process. Will definitely be going back again.

Keira did a face wax for me today - lip, chin and side burns lol. She was fast and efficient as well as very friendly. She has attention to detail and I don’t have to go home and pluck the left overs with the my tweezers! The salon at Midland is clean, bright and comfortable. I will definitely use them again!

Maria completed a piercing for me today in my ear. This is the second one she has done. She was so good the first time I came back again! She is very professional and discussed appropriate placing and jewellery for my needs. She gave me a thorough run down of after care and what would happen during the procedure. She was fast and guided me through when she actually pierced me. I will definitely go back again.

My mum and myself had a nose and ear piercing done here this morning by Jordan.
She was extremely friendly, funny and kind.
My mum has a phobia of pain and needles and although the nose piercing hurt (normal) Jordan made it such a comfortable and fun experience.
We left super happy and pleased with not only the quality and precision of the piercings but also the warmth of the service.

Today I had an appointment with Hannah who done an ASAP facial n eyelash lift n tint. Hannah's professionalism and her beautiful personality and customer service made my visit extremely relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Hannah in every aspect. Thank you lovely 😍

I have now had 4 separate piercing at essential beauty midland gate and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Have also had plenty of waxing done too.
Always So polite, professional and lovely.
I had my tongue pierced today and my body decided that being faint was the way to go on, not only was I able to lie down until I felt better but the amazing lady who did my piercing spent her own money to get me a coke to help me feel better.
If that isn’t care for your client I don’t know what is.
10/10 recommend.

Had a spray tan done by Jordan a few weeks ago, very nice and professional definitely recommend essential beauty midland :) have also had many piercings from here too and have had no issues. Staff are always accommodating.
