Core Fusion is a welcoming and professional studio for all ages and fitness levels. I have been a pole student there for 2.5 years and Pilates student for the last 6 months. Joanna is amazing and has a strong eye for detail. She genially cares about technique and her students growth, which is passed on to her team of instructors and their teaching methods. The studio is well equipped and a great atmosphere. Starting pole dancing was one of the best decisions I ever made but switching studios to Core Fusion was an even better decision. I look forward to building my strength and achieving goals for many years to come!

Just had my first lesson and had a blast, did alot more then I was expecting for a beginners pole class. Lovely people and studio. Can't wait for next session.

Been going to Core Fusion for reformer pilates classes since 2013. Joanna is truly an outstanding instructor - full of passion for her students and craft. She is very detailed in her explanations, always striving to give us cues to paint pictures in our minds to control even the most subtle muscles. Her demos of the workouts are easy to follow, as well as beautiful to watch as her movements are full of power, poise and grace.

She makes classes fun by rotating the "toys" we get to play with each week be it reformer, chair, magic circles or jumping boards, whilst working through our core, arms, legs and abs.
