I have found BPS Video Services to be polite and extremely helpful.
David has provided me with over the phone assistance with a project that I am working on and was very understanding of me as a complete novice.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT HAVING BUSINESS CARDS PRINTED YOU CANNOT GO PAST THESE GUYS. I HAVE NOW USED THEM 5 TIMES AND HAVE FOUND THEM FAST, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND THE PRICE IS UNBELIEVABLE.

Used them for 30 yrs. Always prompt and reliable.

A hard to find DVD ordered for a friend two months ago has still not arrived. Initially received an email to say the item is on the way but you click on to a non existent shipping tracking link. I have tried contacting BPS Video but have had no response so have now escalated the problem to Paypal. Would not recommend.

Not good customer service ordered something and had to chase them up after 10 days with no tracking number being issued to find out what was going on. Then had to chase them up again after almost another week with no tracking number or communication. Won't order from this business again.

Don't buy anything from them. I paid for 'rare' dvd's. Two weeks and no notice of being sent, two emails, no reply, another email via pay pal, no reply. Thank goodness I paid via pay pal and was able to have my money refunded. I rarely write negative reviews as everyone is entitled to off days, mistakes etc, but this was ridiculous.

If there was a 0 stars I would give that instead of a 1.
Professionalism upon arrival was appalling.
I was led to believe it would take a few days to convert. I had three weeks until I required the dvd. I was advised I would get a call and hadn't heard anything in about two weeks. Last week I called and was sold someone would call me back... never happened.
I called again today (one day before I needed it) was advised someone would call me back. Almost two hours later... no response. So i called again. The staff we're incredibly rude on the phone. No apology offered. When I questioned if it would be ready in time I was snapped at and told they we're really busy.
Appalling customer service! Never again!
