Professional services with friendly ambiance. You could simply walk in and if they are not too busy will always squeeze you in. Reasonable price for what you get done. No rush fine detailing for what you pay for. Would go again.

I had my pedi and refills done again today by Tran at The Vale salon. I am so happy with the result, her attention to detail is amazing.
I have been going to Ciao Bella for many years and have never been disappointed with anything. The technicians are very professional and experienced.
Posters who have given a bad review about customer service need to realise that English is the second language for the technicians and so of course their communication is somewhat limited. Try being a little more understanding and perhaps you will relax and enjoy the experience.

I recently went to Ciao for the first time and had Neil do my nails. She was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend getting your nails done here.

Lovely welcoming staff, the owner is wonderful, and Betty is so sweet! She did a wonderful job, and was very thorough with my nails. Will definitely be coming here every time when my regular nail tech is unavailable!

Kaylee had really good skill in nail art. I pay $55 for pedicure, foot spa and scrub. Only 30minutes and everything is all done. Will come back again! ❤

First salon I've been to where I haven't been judged (nail biter), given alternative methods (that actually worked) and lovely conversation. I have managed to grow my nails to a good length since coming here. New salon will never go anywhere else!!

I visited the vale shopping centre store and had a full set of acrylics with nail art done by Monica. She was friendly and displayed a great knowledge of her craft. My nails look beautiful. Couldn’t be happier.

I went to this place for the first time and was so impressed with the service. Nisa was the nail technician I saw and she was so lovely and patient. She was happy for me to take my time to choose the colour, did a top notch job and has the best sense of humour. I liked the atmosphere too - the staff looked like they got along really well and could have a laugh. Felt very comfortable and left as a very happy customer. Will definitely be going again and will continue to see the very lovely, Nisa 👍🏻

Always great - I wish all nail salons were like this! The store is kept to a high standard and always clean, the front desk is run professionally and appointments are recommended. I always go here when I'm in Perth and my shellac lasts - this time I got 4 weeks with not a single nail peeling etc.

This salon is accomodating with appointments and sends a text reminder the day of your appointment. It does get very busy in the store so a walk in appt is not always an option. Recently I had nails and brows done at the new second store in Livingston that has beauty options (behind flight centre). The fit out is modern and fresh. My SNS nails were completed by friendly Kaylee who aways does a great job as she will listen re shape and thickness and will help with colour choices. Anna (?) did my brows in the private beauty room, she is very professional and friendly. I'll be back thanks ladies I enjoyed my Thursday night treat.

This place is comfort … the chairs you sit in are massage chairs, so you are fully relaxed… the good looking Italian man, at front reception was very accomodating and the ladies were absolute perfectionists on my feet! Will definitely come back.. highly recommend!
