As a very indecisive person, Taizun has helped me reach a decision and accommodated me well by comparing each phones while keeping in mind the budget I have. Amazing service and amazing staff. Very professional service. I bought a phone which turned out to be to slow for what i needed so went back the next day and had no issue returning it. Ended up just repairing another phone which worked out cheaper. Very friendly and helpful staff who listened to my budget and recommended the best options for my low price point. Highly recommend them

Amazing service. My phone wasn't turning on and they made it work in 2 minutes without charging me anything. Unfortunately it continued to reboot itself over and over so had to go back, but both technicians were very helpful and I have left it with them to fix. Will definitely use again.

I brought my wife’s phone in which wasn’t working properly, the guys were very helpful around explaining what needed to be done with updates. They cleaned the phone’s microphone and earpiece speaker while chatting with me too. Great service and very helpful guys

Needed my phone repaired so took it here. They said that they would get the part express shipped and will arrive in 2 or 3 days. It arrived the next day and they changed it straight away so i could pick my phone up that day. The guy i delt with was incredible and overal the customer service was amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a problem with Apple denying warranty on my iphone, so looked around for an alternative repairer in my area, Found Cellmate, Warwick and was most impressed with the customer reviews so decided to go and see them. A delightful experience, the manager was incredibly helpful and the onsite tech clearly knew his way around technical issues. I was impressed, so left my phone with them and received a call 2 hours later advising that the phone was ready for collection and the cost for the job leaves Apple in the cold. Much appreciated, highly recommended.

Bought a refurbished Samsung from here at a really good price. Had trouble with it after a week, and they replaced it straight away, no hassle. The staff I talked to were really good.
Another occasion I took my go pro in to see if they could fix something on it. Obviously not their expertise but the main guy said he'd give it a go. Very good service.

Im happy with my experience in Cellmate Phoenix. I came here previously for phone repair and battery replacement. Now I purchase new phone from the shop. The salesman Bipin was very helpful with my Phone purchase. Good Job !

Many thanks to Red and staff at Cellmate Warwick. I purchased a new phone today and they provide me with excellent service and information. They set up my new phone by transferring all data from my old phone and talked me through on how to use my new Samsung A20. Highly recommend Cellmate Warwick to all. Thanks again.

Absolutely wonderful.Red is the best technician in the world . I will never ever go to optus.They know what they are doing absolutely.Priyesh is one of the most helpful child helped me setting up my new phone and email id .The best phone shop in the area would definitely recommend to eveyone.I would never go outside to buy phone on plan when you can get it outright with this excellent service.Thanks a lot guys you guys are legend

I took my phone to Cellmate Phoenix to extract data. Red the shop attendant fitted a temporary screen and battery and told me the phone was completely dead, he advised me to take the phone to a data recovery service and didn't even charge me. Thanks for your time Red
